Abstract:
A vacuum processing apparatus is provided with: a vacuum processing tank; a first gas introduction section that is constructed such that a first processing gas in a radical state is introduced into the vacuum processing tank and is guided to a semiconductor wafer; and a second gas introduction section that is constructed such that a second processing gas that reacts with the first processing gas is introduced into the vacuum processing tank and is guided to the semiconductor wafer. The second gas introduction section has two shower nozzles provided at positions on either side of an introduction pipe provided for the first gas introduction section. According to this vacuum processing apparatus, high speed processing of a number of processing objects can be achieved. Moreover, the in-plane uniformity of the processing objects after processing can be ensured.
Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus and method for message transmission. The method includes receiving a selection of an acquirement object and information that includes the acquirement object, and when the acquirement object is a recipient, extracting a recipient list from the information, inputting the recipient list to a “Recipient” item of a message to be transmitted, and filling a remaining item of the message and transmitting the message.
Abstract:
A sliding type portable terminal is provided. The sliding type portable terminal includes a first housing, a second housing connected with the first housing while facing the first housing and reciprocating on the first housing in a straight direction, and a guide member mounted to the first housing, the guide member being slidably connected to the second housing while surrounding edges of a rear case of the second housing, wherein ends of both sides of the guide member are surrounded by a front case of the second housing. The sliding type portable terminal can be readily reduced in thickness because the guide member mounted to the first housing is slidably connected to the rear case of the second housing while surrounding the rear case of the second housing. Further, a battery mounting hole is formed in the first housing and closed by the guide member at the one face of the first housing, by which the reduction of thickness of the sliding type portable terminal is more efficiently achieved.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for forming a HSG silicon layer on a capacitor lower electrode of a semiconductor memory device. The apparatus includes a processing chamber having a plurality of source gas supply nozzles, the lengths of the nozzles being different from one another so as to uniformly supply a source gas. A loadlock chamber is placed under the processing chamber. A boat loaded with wafers is moved from the loadlock chamber to the processing chamber, with the boat being rotated while the source gas is supplied. The processing chamber and loadlock chambers are connected to a vacuum system having two vacuum pumps for maintaining a vacuum in the chambers. A third vacuum pump, connected to the processing chamber, is operated when the vacuum in the processing chamber reaches a predetermined value.
Abstract:
A watch type portable radiotelephone is disclosed. The watch type portable radiotelephone includes a body element having upper and lower case frames; a battery pack holder including a battery pack for supplying power to the body element; a locking device for locking and unlocking the battery pack to and from the battery pack holder, respectively; a hinge connector for rotatably connecting the body element and the battery pack holder to each other; and a wrist band connected to the body element and the battery pack holder for enabling the portable radiotelephone to be worn around the wrist.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a bottle cap for cutting a seal attached to a spout of a bottle to seal an opening of a bottle. A recess recessed to have a width corresponding to a thickness of the spout is formed at a portion of an outer surface of the bottle cap, and a cutter for cutting the seal attached to the spout while the recess is engaged with an end of the spout is integrally formed with the bottle cap to protrude from a bottom surface of the recess. Accordingly, a user can clearly remove a seal by an easy way without a separate tool, and an airtight sealing of a bottle is guaranteed after the seal is removed.
Abstract:
A lighting emitting device includes a conductive substrate; a first conductive layer formed on the conductive substrate; a second conductive layer formed on the first conductive layer; a second semiconductor layer formed on the second conductive layer; an active layer formed on the second semiconductor layer; a first semiconductor layer being formed on the active layer and including a charge distribution layer; and an insulation layer.
Abstract:
A computer system uses a read only memory to store computer identifying data. The computer starts by reading the identification number recorded on a bar code and temporarily storing the data in an auxiliary memory of the computer. Then, the computer system loads the basic input/output services instructions from the read only memory and writes the instructions into the random access memory of the computer. After, the identification number, or data, that is stored in the auxiliary memory is stored in the random access memory. Then, the computer erases the data stored in the read only memory that relates to the basic input/out services. Afterwards, the computer stores both the computer identifying information and the data related to the basic input/output services into the read only memory. The stored computer identification data can also be used to provide an exclusive network address.
Abstract:
A portable computer that uses multiple sub-batteries, that are the collective equivalent of one regular computer battery, that are serially connected to power a portable computer. The sub-batteries each contain a small number of battery cells and are connected to the main circuit board, or mother board, of the portable computer to supply power to the portable computer. An electric connecting means may be adapted for connecting two sub-batteries to the motherboard. The multiple sub-battery system allows a more flexible layout design for the installation of various internal components inside of the portable computer. Thus, the small sized battery seats can be placed in various, priorly unusable space, places. Now portions of the computer's battery system can be stored in the corners of the housing, or in narrow spots between other internal components.
