摘要： An apparatus and method for recording/playing a moving picture in a digital broadcast receiver is disclosed, which supports a trick mode. If digital broadcasting is recorded, the digital broadcasting is converted into a video sequence having a new format and frame type, such as an I frame structure, and then recorded in a recording medium. Also, corresponding I frame is directly uploaded and played in accordance with times speed of trick play using the frame index of video data recorded after being converted into the I frame. Thus, it is possible to normally provide more elaborate moving picture trick play for every times speed.

摘要： The present invention relates to a video signal processing method, comprising the steps of: receiving a multi-view coded bitstream including a color picture and a depth picture, the depth picture representing a set of numeric information on a distance between an object and a camera serving as a reference; acquiring data type identification information as well as depth range information from the multi-view video coded bitstream, the data type identification information indicating whether the multi-view video coded bitstream contains depth coded data, the depth range information representing information of maximum and minimum values in variances between two pictures at different visual points; according to the data type identification information, if the multi-view video coded bitstream contains the depth coded data, recovering the depth coded data; adjusting the depth range information by comparing the depth range information with a predetermined threshold range for changes of depth; and displaying 3D video by using the recovered depth coded data and the adjusted depth range information.

摘要： A receiving system and a method of processing data are disclosed herein. The receiving system includes a receiving unit, a system information processor, a decoding unit, and a display unit. The receiving unit receives a broadcast signal including a 3D content and system information associated with the 3D content. The system information processor extracts identification information from the system information. Herein, the identification information may identify that the broadcast signal being received by the receiving unit includes the 3D content. The decoding unit decodes the received 3D content based upon transmission format information of the 3D content. Herein, the transmission format information may be included in the extracted identification information. And, the display unit displays the 3D content decoded by the decoding unit as a 3D image based upon a display method of a display device.

The processing method includes receiving a broadcast signal including system information (SI) and video data, parsing SI of a program, and determining whether the program provides a 3D broadcast service on the basis of the SI, extracting, if the program provides a 3D broadcast service, 3D broadcast data corresponding to the 3D broadcast service, and processing the 3D video data according to the SI. The broadcast receiver includes a receiving unit receiving a broadcast signal including SI and video data, an SI processor parsing system information of a program, and determining whether the program provides a 3D broadcast service on the basis of the SI, a demultiplexer extracting, if the program provides a 3D broadcast service, 3D broadcast data corresponding to a 3D broadcast service, and a video processing unit processing 3D video data according to the SI.

摘要： A chip testing apparatus and method including a testing section, provided in a corresponding chip, for judging a normal/abnormal state of the corresponding chip by obtaining a test signature by accumulating a bit stream inputted in a system level using a predetermined testing method and by comparing the obtained test signature with a reference signature previously obtained and stored to verify the fault of the chip itself in the system level conveniently and rapidly. According to the chip testing apparatus and method, the fault that may be overlooked during the chip fabrication process can be discriminated, and thus a stable chip can be provided in implementing the whole system. Also, since it is prevented that the fault of the chip itself is wrongly detected as an error of the system construction, the shortening of the system development period and the improvement of the system performance can be achieved.
