    摘要: The invention provides methods for detecting target nucleic acid sequences with diagnostic probes including first and second probe regions that are substantially complementary to first and second target regions respectively on a target nucleic acid strand wherein the first probe region is located 5′ to the second probe region. The first probe region is substantially complementary to the first target region, on the target nucleic acid strand, which also includes a second target region, wherein when said first target region is contiguous with the second target region on the target nucleic acid strand, then the first and second probe regions on the diagnostic probe are separated by a spacer region of nucleic acid.

A plurality of LPFs are provided in a signal processing section providing image signal resolution in which the G-component bandwidth.gtoreq.B-component bandwidth>R-component bandwidth, thereby obtaining an image-signal resolution which is high enough to allow the endoscopic image to be displayed, with the B-component being equal to or smaller than the G-component and larger than the R-component.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an image freezing signal-processing apparatus capable of eliminating a necessity of using a large number of memories, reducing a time lag and preventing an image deviation. Sequence signals for R, G and B are stored in a first memory via an A/D converter and as well as the same are supplied to a movement detection/control circuit so that an image which displays the minimum about of movement in a predetermined time passed from the freeze signal is read from the first memory so as to be written to a still picture memory. The movement detection/control circuit stops the movement detection operation in a case where the image which displays a small amount of movement is stored in the still picture memory so as to transmit the image stored in the still picture memory as a still picture in a state in which updating is inhibited. In a case where an image which displays a small amount of movement is not stored, an image which displays the minimum amount of movement in a predetermined time is transmitted as a still picture.

    摘要: An endoscope using a solid state imaging device characterized by comprising a solid state imaging device capable of imaging an object image, a light emitting means giving an illuminating light to said object, a first level detecting means fed with a video signal from said solid state imaging device and detecting the level of this signal, a first level comparing means comparing the detected level of this detecting means and a preset first reference level with each other and outputting a first control signal corresponding to the level difference, a light adjusting means fed with this first control signal and adjusting the illuminating light from said light emitting means on the basis of this signal, a gain variable amplifying means taking in the video signal from the detecting end in said first level detecting means and amplifying it, a second level detecting means detecting the level of the signal from this amplifying means and a circuit means comparing the detected level of this detecting means and a preset second reference level with each other, forming a second control signal corresponding to the level difference and making this signal a gain controlling signal to said amplifying means.
