    摘要: An image is updated on a bi-stable display (310) such as an electrophoretic display in successive frame periods by accessing data defining a set of voltage waveforms for the successive frame periods. At least a portion of the bi-stable display is driven during the successive frame periods according to the accessed data so that a longer frame period (FT, 1302, 1304, 1402, 1502, 1602, 1702, 1802) is used during at least a first portion of the voltage waveforms, and a shorter frame period (FT′) is used during at least a second portion of the voltage waveforms. For example, the longer frame period may be an elongated frame period, which is the longest period during which each of the voltage waveforms has a respective constant voltage value.

    摘要: A system that interfaces with a workstation endocardial mapping system allows for the rapid and successful ablation of cardiac tissue. The system allows a physician to see a representation of the physical location of a catheter in a representation of an anatomic model of the patient's heart. The workstation is the primary interface with the physician. A servo catheter having pull wires and pull rings for guidance and a servo catheter control system are interfaced with the workstation. Servo catheter control software may run on the workstation. The servo catheter is coupled to an RF generator. The physician locates a site for ablation therapy and confirms the location of the catheter. Once the catheter is located at the desired ablation site, the physician activates the RF generator to deliver the therapy.

    摘要: A modular link or link section for use in forming a rodless conveyor belt or a section thereof is provided. In one embodiment, the link section is unitary and includes a plurality of laterally-repeating link-shaped portions, each including an apex portion and a pair of leg portions. Each apex portion includes a receiver for receiving an integral first connector extending between the leg portions of a next-adjacent link or link section, preferably in snap-fit engagement, such that relative pivoting movement is established. A second integral connector may be provided between the leg portion of each adjacent apex portion to create an engagement surface for a tooth of a drive or idler sprocket. The underside surface of each link section may also be specially contoured or curved to facilitate smooth passage over a guide structure, such as a small diameter, cylindrical nosebar or the like.
