Abstract:
Interconnecting modular connectors or headers have flexible tongue and groove structures for forming a variety of header assembly configurations. The interconnecting modular headers can have locking structures in addition to the tongue and groove mating structures for permanently interlocking the modular headers together. The sidewalls of each modular connector can be parallel to each other and disposed at supplementary angles with respect to the rear wall of the housing. The top wall of each modular connector can have a portion wall extending inwardly from each sidewall at an angle of greater than ninety degrees and each portion wall can have an upwardly extending wall that joins the portion walls to a ceiling. The portion walls can join with the upwardly extending walls to form a T-shape corner. The upwardly extending walls can join with the ceiling equally at an angle of greater than ninety degrees.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and apparatus that facilitate effective routing of short message service (SMS) and multimedia messaging service (MMS) messages via short codes are presented herein. A group message component can be configured to receive a message transmitted via a wireless communications device, and determine whether the message comprises at least two addressees. A short code component can be configured to identify whether the at least two addressees are associated with at least one short code, and recognize whether the message comprises only text. A routing component can be configured to convert the message to an SMS message when the message comprises the at least two addressees, the at least two addressees are associated with the at least one short code, and the message comprises only text. Further, the routing component can be configured to route the SMS message to the at least one short code.

Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of a modified Agrobacterium to deliver proteins directly to plant cells. Proteins of interest are delivered to the plant host in the form of a fusion protein with the Agrobacterium virulence protein VirF. Nucleotide sequences encoding such fusion proteins of VirF and a protein of interest are provided. Also provided are bacteria modified to comprise such fusion proteins of VirF and a protein of interest. Methods of introducing such fusion proteins into a plant host are provided. The invention finds use in facilitating plant transformation and particularly in the bio-engineering of desirable traits into crop plants.
Abstract:
The invention provides an assemble-on-site system for collecting biogas from digesting sewage. The system comprises a biogas deflection assembly configured and sized to fit a primary treatment unit; and a collection interface assembly operatively associated with the biogas deflection assembly and configured for connection to a biogas capture or collection system. When installed in the primary treatment unit, the biogas deflection assembly is substantially submerged and provides for the deflection of biogas to point(s) of biogas collection in the collection interface assembly. Also provided are components of the system and kits comprising one or more of the system components and assembly instructions.

Abstract:
The invention provides novel methods of using viral replicase polypeptides and polynucleotides. Included are methods for increasing transformation frequencies, increasing crop yield, providing a positive growth advantage, modulating cell division, transiently modulating cell division, and for providing a means of positive selection.
Abstract:
The invention provides isolated polynucleotides and their encoded proteins that are involved in cell cycle regulation. The invention further provides vectors, recombinant expression cassettes, host cells, transgenic plants, and antibody compositions. The present invention provides methods and compositions relating to altering cell cycle protein content and/or composition of plants.
