摘要： Disclosed are an anonymous communication system and a transmission method of an information transmission unit in the anonymous system. The method includes: after receiving an information transmission unit sent by a sending party, storing the information transmission unit in a storage pool, inserting the information transmission unit into a preset ordering queue, and generating more than one piece of index information according to content of the information transmission unit and information of the sending party; setting more than one index matching information of a receiving party; according to the index matching information of the receiving party, inquiring index information of the storage pool, finding out an information transmission unit set which meets the index matching information, selecting one information transmission unit from the set according to an ordering situation of each information transmission unit in the set in the ordering queue and a preset delivery strategy, delivering the information transmission unit to the receiving party, and adjusting the ordering queue according to a delivery situation. By means of the present disclosure, the degree of association between the receiving party and the content of the information transmission unit as well as the sending party can be improved, and the user response rate and activity can be improved.

If the voltage level of the DC link is less than the voltage level of the first energy source, the controller controls the second DC-to-DC voltage converter to draw energy from the first energy source to cause the DC voltage output from the first energy source and supplied to the first DC-to-DC voltage converter to be below the DC load voltage supplied to the DC link via the first DC-to-DC voltage converter.

摘要： A method for growing high-resistivity single crystals includes placing a raw material in a vacuum-sealable ampoule, heating the raw material in the vacuum-sealable ampoule to vaporize the moisture in the raw material, exhausting the vaporized moisture from the vacuum-sealable ampoule, vacuum-sealing the vacuum-sealable ampoule, heating the raw material in the vacuum-sealable ampoule to vaporize the oxide compounds in the raw material, cooling a bulb in a cap on the vacuum-sealable ampoule to produce condensed oxide compounds on an inner surface of the bulb, removing the bulb and the condensed oxide compounds from the vacuum-sealable ampoule, wherein the raw material in the vacuum-sealable ampoule comprises carbon as an impurity, and placing the vacuum-sealable ampoule comprising the raw material in a crystal growth apparatus to grow a high-resistivity crystal from the raw material.

摘要： A crystal growth apparatus includes a vacuum sealable container, a crucible in the vacuum sealable container. The crucible can receive a polycrystalline material. The crucible comprises a seed well configured to hold a seed crystal. The wall of the crucible can include a base layer of a first material and a coated layer of a second material. The base layer provides mechanical strength to the crucible. A heater can heat the polycrystalline material to form a melt in contact with the seed crystal. The coated layer of the crucible allows a single crystal to grow in the melt.
