Abstract:
A skateboard truck mounting apparatus is provided. The skateboard truck mounting apparatus includes a rigid body, having a first hole and a second hole, where the holes are configured to interface with the holes on a skateboard deck. Both the first hole and the second hole are equipped with self-locking mechanisms.
Abstract:
In an example, a computer implemented method can include extracting a plurality of functions from assembly code representative of machine code compiled based on obfuscated source code (e.g., legacy source code), causing one or more functions of the plurality of functions to be grouped based on relationships between the plurality of functions, and defining a class for each grouping of functions. Each defined class can include a subset of functions of the plurality of functions. The method can include causing a diagram model to be generated based on the plurality of classes. The diagram model can characterize the obfuscated source code.
Abstract:
A shoelace protector can include a fastening member, enclosure and upper section. The fastening member can be inserted into to an eyelet of a shoe to properly support the shoelace protector. The shoelace can be strung into the fastening member and through the enclosure. The enclosure can surround the shoe lace on an exterior portion of the shoe. The shoelace can then be placed through the upper section. The upper section can provide a narrow slit such that the shoelace can be fit therethrough. Two or more shoelace protectors can be fitted into the eyelets of the shoe. The protectors can be positioned on the lower eyelets such that the bend created by the eyelet on the shoelace can be protected during use.
Abstract:
The present disclosure is generally directed to processing air traffic controller (“ATC”) communication directed to aircraft other than the current aircraft. ATC communication is processed using speech recognition and the call sign and augmented flight information for other aircraft is identified. The corresponding aircraft icon on the display representing the aircraft on the display may be augmented by emphasizing the icon and displaying augmented flight information, along with an insignia. This information is displayed for a configurable time duration, after which the display reverts to displaying a conventional aircraft icon and associated flight information on the display. The pilot can subsequently select the aircraft icon and may be presented with a log of past ATC communications for the aircraft.
Abstract:
A computerized system and method of building a system of test components for an orderable healthcare procedure is provided. An orderable healthcare procedure is received and associated with a discrete ontology concept. An ontology is traversed for the discrete ontology concept to identify test components related to the discrete ontology concept. The test components related to the discrete ontology concept are identified.
Abstract:
An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for merger and acquisition analysis. A survey module may provide a survey regarding organizational aspects, including both subjective aspects and objective aspects. A database module may gather responses to the survey regarding a first company and a second company that are merger candidates into a database of survey data. A reporting module may display a graphic that presents a visual summary of the survey data for each organizational aspect. A recommendation module may generate action recommendations to address root causes of impacts regarding the merger based upon the survey data in the database. The visual summaries may be arranged in a pictorial representation of an interrelationship between the organizational aspects that may be interactively selectable by a user.
Abstract:
The present invention is a mask for the delivery of gases to a patient. The mask has a hollow body and a cushion that seals against the user's face. The cushion is comprised of an inner resilient cushion and an outer flexible sheath. The cushion preferably extends below the patient's chin when in use.

Abstract:
In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a novel class of heterocyclic compounds. Compounds of the invention contain a substituted or unsubstituted six membered heterocyclic ring that includes at least two nitrogen atoms. The ring additionally includes four carbon atoms. The heterocyclic ring has at least one substituent located at a ring position adjacent to a ring nitrogen atom. This mandatory substituent of the ring includes a moiety (B), linked to the heterocyclic ring via a carbon-carbon triple bond. The mandatory substituent is positioned adjacent to the ring nitrogen atom. Invention compounds are capable of a wide variety of uses. For example heterocyclic compounds can act to modulate physiological processes by functioning as agonists and antagonists of receptors in the nervous system. Invention compounds may also act as insecticides, and as fungicides. Pharmaceutical compositions containing invention compounds also have wide utility.
