The material contemplated by this invention for the formation of a low-dielectric-constant film contains in all the stereoisomer molecules of 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (TMCTS) not less than 15% and not more than 100% of a stereoisomer having all the four hydrogen atoms forming an Si—H bond fall on the same size relative to the Si—O ring plane. It is utilized as a material for forming a low-dielectric-constant film which can be used for enhancing the function of an integrated circuit in the field of semiconductors.

The present invention is specifically directed to improved polyvinyl chloride compositions having excellent impact strength. In particular, the impact resistant composition comprises a vinyl chloride polymer and 2-8 parts of an impact modifier composition comprising at least one ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and at least one chlorinated olefin polymer per 100 parts of the vinyl chloride polymer. Preferably the impact modifier composition comprises less than 1 part of the ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and the ratio of said copolymer to the total modifier composition is less than 25%.

The fuel tank comprises (a) inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene, (b) intermediate layers of adhesive resin, and (c) a core layer of ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer, with said core layer (c) being shifted to the inside. For better performance, the layer (c) has a thickness which satisfies the formula below. 0.005≦A/B≦0.13 (1) where A is the thickness of the layer (c), and B is the thickness of all the layers. The fuel tank is suitable especially for oxygen-containing gasoline.
