摘要: A catalyst contains a metal oxide, and a molecular sieve, in a crystal form, having a topological pore structure. The metal oxide is centrally distributed on the surface of the molecular sieve. Grains of the molecular sieve are exposed to at least three families of crystal planes. The family of crystal plane with the largest pore size in topology is occupied by the metal oxide by no more than 30%, preferably no more than 20%, or no more than 10%.

摘要: Provided here are zirconium-substituted hierarchical zeolite compositions and methods of preparing such catalytic compositions. One such method involves subjecting the zirconium-substituted zeolite to a framework modification process using a single template to produce a framework-modified zeolite, followed by subjecting the framework-modified zeolite to an ion exchange process to produce a hierarchical zeolite composition. Also provided are methods of catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon feedstocks using these zirconium-substituted hierarchical zeolite compositions.

摘要: A process for the production of para-xylene is presented. The process includes the isomerization of C8 aromatics to para-xylene utilizing a new catalyst. The new catalyst and designated as UZM-54 is represented by the empirical composition in the as synthesized and anhydrous basis expressed by the empirical formula of: Mmn+R1r1p1+R2r2p2+Al1-xExSiyOz where M is an alkali, alkaline earth, or rare earth metal such as sodium and/or potassium, R1 and R2 are organoammonium cation and E is a framework element such as gallium, iron, boron, or indium. UZM-54 are characterized by unique x-ray diffraction patterns, high meso surface area, low Si/Al ratios.

摘要: A process for the post-treatment of a zeolitic material, the process comprising (i) providing a zeolitic material, wherein the framework structure of the zeolitic material comprises YO2 and X2O3, wherein Y is a tetravalent element and X is a trivalent element; (ii) subjecting the zeolitic material provided in (i) to a method comprising (a) treating the zeolitic material with an aqueous solution having a pH of at most 5, (b) treating the zeolitic material obtained from (a) with a liquid aqueous system having a pH in the range of 5.5 to 8 and a temperature of at least 75° C.; wherein in (ii) and after (b), the zeolitic material is optionally subjected to at least one further treatment according to (a) and/or at least one further treatment according to (b).

摘要: Provided are zeolite catalysts that allow reactions to proceed at temperatures as low as possible when lower olefins are produced from hydrocarbon feedstocks with low boiling points such as light naphtha, make it possible to make propylene yield higher than ethylene yield in the production of lower olefins, and have long lifetime.The zeolite catalysts are used in the production of lower olefins from hydrocarbon feedstocks with low boiling points such as light naphtha. The zeolite catalysts are MFI-type crystalline aluminosilicates containing iron atoms and have molar ratios of iron atoms to total moles of iron atoms and aluminum atoms in the range from 0.4 to 0.7. The use of the zeolite catalysts make it possible to increase propylene yield, to lower reaction temperatures, and to extend catalyst lifetime.

摘要: A process for oxygenate conversion using a family of crystalline aluminosilicate zeolites that is a layered pentasil zeolite with a silica or fluorine modified surface. These zeolites are represented by the empirical formula: Mmn+Rrp+Al1-xExSiyOz where M is an alkali, alkaline earth, or rare earth metal such as sodium or potassium, R can be a mixture of organoammonium cations and E is a framework element such as gallium, iron, boron, or indium. These zeolites are characterized by unique x-ray diffraction patterns and compositions and have catalytic properties for carrying out oxygenate conversion processes.
