摘要: A process for making a multilaminate containing polymers of variable density is provided. The method involves making a bilayer roll 1 by laminating a layer containing a formulated polymer adhesive (component (2)) and a layer containing a non-woven fabric containing at least 50% recycled polypropylene resin (component (3)); making a trilayer roll 2 containing three laminated layers by laminating a layer containing a bioriented polypropylene (component (1)) and a bilayer from roll 1; making a trilayer roll 3 containing three laminated layers by laminating a layer containing a polyethylene foam having uniformly distributed air bubbles (component (4)) and a bilayer from roll 1; and making a multilayer roll 4 and a multilayer roll 5, each containing at least two selected from a bilayer from roll 1, a trilayer from roll 2, and a trilayer from roll 3. The multilaminate may contain five or more layers.

摘要: Provided is a multilayer container including: a polyester layer containing a polyester resin (X); and a polyamide layer containing a polyamide resin (Y) and a yellowing inhibitor (A). The content of the polyamide resin (Y) is from 0.05 to 7.0 mass % relative to a total amount of all polyamide layers and all polyester layers, and the content of the yellowing inhibitor (A) is from 1 to 30 ppm relative to the total amount of all polyamide layers and all polyester layers. Also provided are a method for manufacturing the multilayer container, and a method for manufacturing a recycled polyester, the method thereof including a step of recovering polyester from the multilayer container.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a multilayer container in which yellowing of a regenerated polyester resin at the time of recycle is suppressed and a method for producing the same as well as a method for producing a single-layer container. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a regenerated polyester resin from the foregoing multilayer container and single-layer container. The multilayer container of the present invention includes at least one polyester resin composition layer containing a polyester resin (X) and an amino group-containing compound (A) having a yellowing-suppressing ability; and at least one polyamide resin layer containing a polyamide resin (Y).

摘要: A method for producing a sandwich component, in particular an inner trim component for a motor vehicle, is disclosed. The method begins with a core layer made from a foamed plastic and a cover layer which includes reinforcing fibers and plastic fibers. The plastic of the core layer has a first melting temperature which is higher than the second melting temperature of the plastic fibers of the cover layer. By the core layer being arranged on the cover layer, a multilayer composite is created. This multilayer composite can be further processed into a semi-finished product. The multilayer composite or the semi-finished product is then heated in a heating device to a temperature which is lower than the first melting temperature but therefore higher than the second melting temperature. Then the heated multilayer composite or the semi-finished product is formed in a forming tool in order to produce the sandwich component.

摘要: A variable interlayer laminate panel can include resin material derived from other resin panels, enabling use of waste trimmings from the manufacture of the other resin panels. Implementations therefore enable manufacturers to produce high-fashion but waste conscious resin panels that have a high degree of recycled content. In one implementation, a manufacturer forms a laminate panel by positioning a plurality of independent resin portions over a first resin substrate, and then by positioning a second resin substrate over the resin portions. The resin portions comprise embedded decorative elements, and at least two different resin portions comprise different types of decorative elements. The manufacturer then forms the laminate panel through the application of pressure and heat. The resulting panel has a variable interlayer formed from the independent resin portions. The laminate panel is usable as part of a panel system.

摘要: A resin composition, contains: a thermoplastic polyurethane (A); a thermoplastic polyurethane (B); and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C), wherein an isocyanate group content (mole) in raw materials of the thermoplastic polyurethane (A) is greater than a hydroxyl group content (mole) therein, an isocyanate group content (mole) in raw materials of the thermoplastic polyurethane (B) is nearly equal to a hydroxyl group content (mole) therein, and the thermoplastic polyurethane (B) and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) have a mass ratio (B/C) of from 70/30 to 99/1 and a content of the thermoplastic polyurethane (A), based on 100 parts by mass of a total of the thermoplastic polyurethane (B) and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C), is from 1 to 30 parts by mass. Thus, a resin composition is provided that contains thermoplastic polyurethanes and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and is good in melt shapability.
