The device is configured to provide therapy to the user. The application is configured to provide control of the device, to provide information to the user related to the therapy, or a combination thereof. The methods and systems also involve determining whether one or more milestones associated with an incentive scheme for the user have been satisfied by the use. The incentive scheme relates to continued provisioning of the therapy to the user by the device. The methods and systems also involve unlocking functionality of the device, the application associated with the device, or a combination thereof for the user based on satisfaction of at least one of the one or more milestones.
