摘要： An LED device comprises a white LED device and a red LED device. The white LED device has a substrate, a blue LED mounted on the substrate for emitting blue light, a transparent resin covering the blue LED and including phosphor particles. The phosphor particle has a quality to convert blue light to white light, if the particle contacts with the blue light. The red LED device has a substrate, a red LED mounted on the substrate for emitting red light, and a transparent resin covering the red LED device is disposed so that emitted red light mixes with the white light emitted from the white LED device.

摘要： An object of the invention is to provide an LED light source device and a manufacturing method for the same that can maintain high reflectance over an extended period of time notwithstanding the interaction between light and heat. More specifically, the invention provides an LED light source device that includes a substrate, an electrode formed on the substrate, a white inorganic resist layer deposited over the substrate so as to cover a surface thereof everywhere except where the electrode is formed, and an LED element connected to the electrode, wherein the white inorganic resist layer contains fine white inorganic particles dispersed or mixed into an inorganic binder, and a method for manufacturing such an LED light source device.

摘要： A data transmission/reception system for offering content download service through a wireless communication network, in which users can obtain desired content on demand from the beginning of content data, and the shortage of line capacity can be alleviated, thus enabling a reduction of communication charges. A mobile terminal is provided with two types of downloading means, an immediate download processing means and a reservation download processing means. The reservation download processing means makes a download reservation by storing the meta-data of desired content. When transmitting content to one mobile terminal that has made a request for an immediate download of the content, a radio base station allocates a prescribed channel for the mobile terminal and sends notification including information on the allocated channel to other mobile terminals in the radio communication zone of the radio base station. Having received the notification, each mobile terminal tunes in to the channel, and selectively download reserved content.

摘要： A static electric therapy apparatus is disclosed which does not leave a user discomfort. The static electric therapy apparatus comprises an electric potential generator connected to an alternating power supply, and an output terminal which provides a human body with electric potential by touching the human body, which output terminal is connected to the electric potential generator; and the static electric therapy apparatus is characterized in that it further comprises a ground wire connected to the output terminal; a direct-current power supply applying negative voltage to the output terminal, which is connected to the output terminal in series; and a transfer switch which switches the case where the output terminal is connected to the potential generator and the case where the output terminal is connected to the ground wire, the switch being connected to the output terminal. Also, the static electric therapy apparatus comprises an electric potential generator connected to an alternating power supply, and an output terminal which provides a human body with electric potential by touching the human body, which output terminal is connected to the electric potential generator, and the static electric therapy apparatus is characterized in that it farther comprises a voltage reducer which gradually decreases the voltage applied to the output terminal when finishing the use of the static electric therapy apparatus.
