    摘要: In a method for manufacturing a ceramic filter element for an exhaust gas filter for internal combustion engines, a combustible non-ceramic support web provided with flow channel is impregnated with ceramic slurry. Subsequently, the support web, formed in a desired geometric shape, is fired until the support web is combusted and a rigid filter body is produced. Before impregnating the support web, a combustible sealing bead is applied such onto the support web that the flow channels are closed alternatingly by the sealing bead.

    摘要: The invention concerns a device for aftertreatment of a hot exhaust gas flow (2), in particular of a diesel engine, comprising a ceramic filter body (1) of a ceramic material (6) with gas passages (18, 18′). The filter body (1) is formed unitarily of at least one fiber web (4, 4′), in particular paper, impregnated with the ceramic material (6) with formation of the gas passages (18, 18′) and configured with heat exposure by sintering such that fibers of the fiber web (4, 4′) are burnt off and in that the ceramic material (6) is sintered together as a unitary monolithic part to form the filter body (1). At least two ceramic filter bodies (1) are provided that are separately embodied from one another and connected fluidically parallel to one another. Each filter body (1) is limited with regard to its size such that it withstands the thermal loads of the hot exhaust gas flow (2).

    摘要: The invention relates to a diesel particle filter with a ceramic filter body (1) and a method for producing such a filter body (1). The filter body (1), made from a ceramic material (6), is provided for filtering an exhaust gas flow (2) from a diesel engine and comprises gas channels (18, 18′) provided in a filter section (54) with planar and porous filter walls (3). The filter walls (3) are provided for throughflow of the exhaust gas flow (2) perpendicular to the surfaces thereof. The filter body (1) comprises at least one catalytic section (47, 48) in addition to the filter section (54) for catalytic purification of the exhaust gas flow (2). The filter body (1) together with the filter section (54) and the at least one ceramic section (47, 48) made in one-piece from at least one ceramic impregnated fibre web (4, 4′), in particular paper, to give the gas channels (18, 18′) by forming and sintered at a temperature such that fibres (5) of the fibre material (5) are burned away and the ceramic material (6) is monolithically sinter-bonded in one-piece with the at least one catalytic section (47, 48) and the filter section (54) to give the filter body (1).

    摘要: Disclosed is a diesel particle filter with a ceramic filter body and a method for producing the filter body. The ceramic filter body includes gas channels provided in a filter section with planar and porous filter walls. The filter walls provide throughflow of the exhaust gas flow perpendicular to the surfaces thereof. The filter body includes at least one catalytic section for catalytic purification of the exhaust gas flow. The filter body together with the filter section and the at least one ceramic section are made in one-piece from at least one ceramic impregnated fiber web. Gas channels are formed by sintering the fiber web at a temperature such that fibers of the fiber material are burned away and the ceramic material is monolithically sinter-bonded in one-piece with the at least one catalytic section and the filter section to produce the filter body.
