摘要: A control apparatus for a tractor or wheel loader includes a speed change sensor that detects the step-on amount of a speed change pedal, an actuator that regulates a swash plate angle of a hydraulic pump based on the detection value of the speed change sensor, a transmission output unit rotation sensor that detects the revolution speed of an output shalt, and a control unit. When the speed change pedal is not stepped on, a braking force is applied to travel wheels and both of a forward drive clutch and a reverse drive clutch are disengaged. When a transmission drive output detected with the transmission output unit rotation sensor is not more than a fixed forward or reverse drive switching speed, either the forward drive clutch or the reverse drive clutch is engaged as the speed change pedal is stepped on.

摘要: Various works of a tractor or wheel loader that require frequent operations of start, stop, and switching between the forward drive and reverse drive that are repeated alternately can be performed very easily. The control apparatus comprises a speed change sensor that detects the step-on amount of a speed change pedal, an actuator that regulates the swash plate angle of a hydraulic pump based on the detection value of the speed change sensor, a transmission output unit rotation sensor that detects the revolution speed of an output shaft, and a control unit. The control unit performs control such that when the speed change pedal is not stepped on, a brake is applied to the travel wheels and both the forward drive clutch and the reverse drive clutch are disengaged, and also performs control such that when the transmission drive output detected with the transmission output unit rotation sensor is not more than that the forward-reverse drive switching speed, either the forward drive clutch or the reverse drive clutch is engaged as the speed change pedal is stepped on. When the engagement of the forward drive clutch or reverse drive clutch is confirmed, the brake of the travel wheels is released.

摘要: A working vehicle such as a mobile agricultural machine is designed such that it has an improved working efficiency if any spinning turn is not required, and has an improved running property in a wet farm. The vehicle has a pair of right and left crawlers (2), a speed change apparatus (25) for imparting traction force to the crawlers, a speed change lever (73) operable to control the speed change apparatus so as to alter running speed of the vehicle in a step-less manner. The vehicle further has a steering apparatus (28) and a steering wheel (19) operable to control the steering apparatus so as to alter difference in the running speeds between the crawlers (2). The running speed generally determined for each crawler by the speed change lever (73) can be decreased voluntarily and proportionally to an operated angle of the steering wheel (19).

[Means for Solution] An engine frame for mounting an engine are connected with a pair of right and left vehicle frames, and a transmission case is placed between rear portions of the right and left vehicle frames. The right and the left vehicle frames are connected via an upper connecting member and a lower connecting member. The engine has an output portion provided with a flywheel, which has its outer circumference surrounded by the right and the left vehicle frames and the upper and the lower connecting members.

摘要: Outer rear end surfaces of a pair of front frames are connected to corresponding inner front end surfaces of a pair of main frames with spacers being interposed therebetween. Accordingly, a width between the front frames is independent of a width between the main frames, so that maximum steerable angles of front wheels can be increased as much as possible without increasing a mounting pitch of the front wheels. The front frames can be arranged such that at least upper regions of the rear end surfaces thereof are located forward of the mount flange, and the engine unit and the flywheel unit are supported by the vehicle frames such that at least lower portions thereof overlap the vehicle frames in a side view, and the mount flange overlap the upper regions of the rear end surfaces of the front frames in a front view.

摘要: A mobile cultural machine including right and left traction members, a transmission, and a main speed change device operable to transmit, at any speed ratio, a driving force from an engine through the transmission to the traction members so that they are driven at any traveling speed. A steerage and a steering devise operate cause the steerage to differentiate the traveling speeds between traction members. The traveling speeds are reduced in response to the extent to which the steering device is operated, so that a machine running straight may smoothly be controlled to enter a spinning turn at the end of a row.

摘要: A travel working machine includes a traveling body 2 supported by traveling contrivances such as wheels 3, 4 and provided with an engine 5, a transmission case 8 mounted to the traveling body, and a hydraulic mechanical transmission mounted to the transmission case for changing speed of power from the engine by a combination of a planetary gearing 30 and a hydraulic transmission which includes a hydraulic pump 27 and a hydraulic motor 28 and transmitting the power to the traveling contrivances. A pump input shaft 34 for input to the hydraulic pump, a motor output shaft 35 for output from the motor and transmission gears 43, 45 provided at the respective shafts are arranged in the transmission case and above an oil level S of lubricating oil stored in a lower portion of the transmission case. Such an arrangement contributes to reducing power loss.

摘要: An outer surface of a rear end of each of a pair of front frames is connected to an inner surface of a front end of the corresponding one of a pair of main frames with a spacer being interposed therebetween. Accordingly, a spacing width between the pair of front frames can be defined freely and independently of a spacing width of the pair of main frames, so that maximum steerable angles of front wheels can be increased as much as possible without increasing a mounting pitch of the pair of front wheels. Preferably, the pair of front frames are arranged such that at least upper regions in rear end surfaces thereof are located forward of the mount flange, and the engine unit and the flywheel unit are supported by the vehicle frames such that at least lower portions thereof are overlapped with the vehicle frames in a side view and the mount flange is overlapped with the upper regions in the rear end surfaces of the front frames in a front view.
