摘要: A device for air-conditioning a motor vehicle has an engine-cooling loop, a heat-pump loop containing a compressor, an evaporator as cold source of the heat pump and a condenser as hot source of the heat pump. The condenser is integrated into the engine-cooling loop upstream of the air heater. An air-conditioning branch has a condenser and an evaporator with an upstream end connected to the heat-pump loop downstream of the compressor, and a downstream end connected to the heat-pump loop upstream of the compressor. Switching means make it possible to make the refrigerant fluid circulate either in the heat-pump loop, or in the heat-pump branch, in such a way as to form a heat-pump loop.

摘要: A refrigerant fluid circuit for a motor vehicle includes an air conditioning loop and a heating loop, the heating loop comprising a heating branch. A variable opening valve is connected in the heating loop. This valve is controllable so as not only to control the distribution of the refrigerant fluid flowing in the circuit into the heating loop, but also to control the expansion of the fluid in its gaseous state in the heating loop in the additional heating mode.

摘要: The CO2 refrigerant fluid, compressed by the compressor to a supercritical pressure, is delivered through a three-way valve selectively into a cooler and/or into a bypass branch, so that in the former case, after passing through an expansion device, the fluid is vaporised in an evaporator so as to cool the cabin of the vehicle; while flow of the fluid through the bypass branch avoids the cooler so that the fluid is then cooled in the evaporator, thereby heating the cabin.

摘要: The pressure of the fluid at the outlet of the compressor is measured by a pressure sensor connected to a control module. When the fluid circulates in a heating loop not comprising a condenser, so as to heat a flow of air by heat exchange in the evaporator, and pressure oscillations indicating the presence of liquid are detected, the momentary opening of a discharge valve is triggered to send a portion of the fluid into the condenser of the air conditioning loop. The presence of liquid is thus detected and eliminated without having recourse to special sensors.

摘要: In the heating mode, the fluid in the air conditioning circuit flows in a bypass branch avoiding the condenser. The evaporator then receives the fluid in the gaseous state and acts as a heat exchanger for dissipating the heat produced in the compressor. The heat dissipated by the evaporator can be used for heating the cabin when that which is produced by the propulsion engine of the vehicle is insufficient. In addition, the fluid pressure at the inlet of the evaporator, and therefor the calorific power produced by the latter, is adjusted by a pressure regulator disposed in the bypass branch.

摘要: The compressor (3) of the refrigerating fluid circuit is driven by the thermal engine (1) of the vehicle when the latter is functioning and, when parked, by the alternator (2). The latter, fed with three-phase current from an auxiliary battery (10) so as to function as a motor, and the compressor (3), are then disconnected from the crankshaft (20) by a free-wheel mechanism (7). The preliminary air conditioning of the vehicle when parked is thus provided without a special electric motor for driving the compressor, with reduced expenditure of energy by virtue of the feeding of the alternator with three-phase current, and without any risk of exhaustion of the main battery by virtue of the auxiliary battery (10).

摘要: A device for expanding a refrigerant fluid has a first inlet and a first outlet which are connected by a first refrigerant circulation duct. The first refrigerant circulation duct has an upstream part and a downstream part which parts are placed in communication by a first communication passage. The device also has a second inlet and a second outlet which are connected by a second refrigerant circulation duct. The device regulates an expansion of the refrigerant fluid and has a first needle valve housed inside the upstream part of the first refrigerant flow duct connected by a first connecting rod to a thermostatic sensor in communication with the second refrigerant flow duct that allows or prevents refrigerant fluid from circulating through the first communicating passage. The device also measures the pressure of the refrigerant fluid entering the evaporator (Pse) which pressure measurement is taken at the first outlet.
