Each of the motor drivers includes a smoothing circuit, a control unit, an inverter unit and a cooler for cooling the inverter unit. The plurality of the motor drivers are put together at one location and disposed within the common casing.

摘要: Cavitation is reduced in a rotary pump while the pump performance is maintained by utilizing a low-temperature fluid source already present in the pump system. The fluid from the low-temperature fluid source receives heat from the fluid flowing to the pump, thereby lowering its temperature and the saturated vapor pressure, which increases the allowable margin for a decrease in fluid pressure and reduces the occurrence of cavitation. The pump system may be used for a liquid rocket engine. The fluid velocity of the fluid directed to the pump is low before releasing heat, so there is only a slight pressure loss at the pump. Accordingly, the temperature is lowered and the occurrence of cavitation is reduced within the pump.

摘要: Video signals input to a hybrid recorder are output to the main unit of a computer as video signals. The hybrid recorder records the video signals in a built-in hard disk, and also replays the signals from the hard disk, the signals being output to a picture effects device as video signals. The picture effects device applies certain effects to the video signals, which are then output to the main unit as video signals. The main unit displays the image of the video signals and the image of the video signals on a monitor. Thus, editing can be performed easily and speedily, while adding effects.

摘要: In a recording support mode, states of an HD device and a VTR are detected, and if the two are normal, video signals are recorded in both. The signal recorded in the HD device can be reproduced almost simultaneously with the recording upon request. Where either device is abnormal, the video signal is recorded in the normal device. In the reproduction support mode, the reproduction position of the HD device is detected, the VTR video tape is brought to that position, it is checked whether or not the video signal the same as the video signal which has been reproduced by the HD device is recorded based on the time code of the video signal recorded at that position, and the reproduction of the same video signal is carried out simultaneously with the HD device. Thereafter, where an abnormality occurs in the HD device, a third switch is changed over so that the video signal reproduced at the VTR is output.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for industrially freezing (or cooling) food or the like under pressure. The method consists of isostatically exerting pressure on the material such as food (14) and the frozen body (15) composed mainly of water through the pressure medium (12) contained in the pressure vessel (1), thereby cooling the material (14). When the temperature of the material (14) decreases below 0.degree.C. at which freezing does not take place under pressure, the pressure is released rapidly so that fine ice crystals are formed in the material (14). The apparatus comprises a pressure vessel (1) having therein a high-pressure chamber (6) which can be supplied with a pressure medium (8), a treating vessel (9) in said high-pressure chamber (6), said treating vessel (9) having therein a treating compartment (13) containing a pressure medium (12) to apply isostatic pressure, and a plurality of trays (16) removably arranged in the treating compartment (13) in its axial direction, each of said trays holding the material (14) and the frozen body (15) composed mainly of water.

摘要: To provide a controller apparatus of a type, in which the controller is given the redundancy so that the control of the drive motor can be properly performed at all times when an abnormality such as the failure of the controller occurs, with the reliability consequently increased, a plurality of controllers are provided, each including a power circuit for outputting a drive current for the drive motor and a control circuit, which is a light electric circuit, for controlling the power circuit in response to a motor drive command fed from a higher control. An abnormality determiner is provided for determining an abnormality occurring in the controller then in use according to a prescribed rule and then generating a switching signal. A switch is provided, which is operable in response to the switching signal to change the controller then in a state of functioning relative to the drive motor.

摘要: The apparatus of the invention is an injection molding apparatus of a type adapted to cool a molten metal under shearing by an extrusion screw in a substantially vertical chamber into a semi-solidified slurry and then inject the semi-solidified slurry discharged from a discharge port at the lower end of a channel into molding plates, in which a clamping device is adapted to open or close a movable plate relative to a stationary plate in the horizontal direction, and a connection member having, at the inside, a vertical first channel and a second channel extending in the horizontal direction from the lower end of the first channel and in communication with the stationary plate is connected to the discharge port at the lower end of the chamber. Since this can inject and mold light metal molding products of high quality with less pore or shrinkage without excessively enlarging the size for the height of the apparatus, casting products of high quality can be obtained at a reduced cost by injection molding.

摘要: A pressure processing device including a vessel having a body and an opening/closing member. A seal member is provided on a joining surface between the body and the opening/closing member, and a non-sliding joining surface is provided which is not slidably moved when the member is opened and closed. A device is provided including a diaphragm for housing an object to be processed, and a fluid introducing passage to the vessel provided so that a greater part of a fluid flowing into the vessel flows into the diaphragm. The diaphragm can be formed of heat insulating material, and a filter can be provided for removing particles installed on the side of the diaphragm into which a fluid flows. A plate having a labyrinth construction can be provided for trapping particles by parts on a surface thereof. A pressure processing device in which an object may be washed is also provided.

摘要: An editing system having a controller for setting reproducing speed on the basis of reproducing speed data inputted via a user interface to a desired event allows e.g., slow-playback to be set to the desired event and so further realistic image can be easily generated. Thus, an editing system capable of high-speed real-time edition and having further improved usability can be realized. Moreover, when an in point of first video data (V2) is specified, the editing system starts a reproducing operation from a position that is a fixed time before the position of the specified in point and displays thus reproduced second video data (V3) on a display (2b), so that if the specification of the in point is late, the in point can be easily corrected by monitoring the reproducing second video data. As a result, an editing system capable of high-speed real-time edition and having further improved usability can be realized.
