摘要: A resin sealed semiconductor device, wherein support pins uphold a pair of facing sides of the semiconductor chip. A projected portion is formed on the distal end portion of the support pin in proximate to the semiconductor chip. The projected portion is formed on both sides of the supporting members which respectively correspond to an upper side and a bottom side of the semiconductor chip in such a manner that when the projected portions are viewed from the upper side or bottom side of the semiconductor chip, they overlap with each other. All of the height of the projected portions are the same. The thickness of the resins formed on both opposite sides of the semiconductor chip is the same with each other, thus preventing the upward or downward displacement within the sealing resin of the semiconductor chip in a thin package.

摘要: A semiconductor apparatus with high thermal radiating property and a method for producing the same is provided. The semiconductor apparatus comprises a TAB tape 11 having an inner wire 13 and a middle wire; a semiconductor chip 1 connected to the inner wire 13 through a bump 12; and a lead frame 3 having as an integral structure a middle lead connected to the middle wire 14 and a metallic bed 5 in contact with the semiconductor chip 1. The shape of the bed 5 is nearly constant regardless of the size of the semiconductor chip 1. The bed 5 extends nearly to each outer edge of a sealing plastic resin 2. The heat generated in the semiconductor chip 1 is effectively radiated to the outside through the extending bed 5 of the lead frame 3.

摘要: A resin-sealed semiconductor device and a method for making the same are disclosed. The resin-sealed semiconductor device has a semiconductor chip, with a mold resin structure completely encapsulating and sealing the chip. The mold resin structure has resin upper and lower thicknesses, respectively, above and below the chip. The resin upper thickness is differentiated from the resin lower thickness so that the warp ratio of the resulting mold resin structure is more than 0.0025.

摘要: In some embodiments, a temperature information reader is used in combination with a temperature measuring pad to be attached to a surface of an object for measuring a temperature of the object. In some examples, the temperature measuring pad receives a radio wave, generates electric power from the received radio wave, measures the temperature of the object, and wirelessly outputs temperature information including the measured temperature and an ID code give to the temperature measuring pad toward the temperature information reader. The temperature information reader includes, e.g., an antenna portion for transmitting the radio wave toward the temperature measuring pad and receiving the temperature information from the temperature measuring pad, a radio wave generating portion for generating the radio wave to be transmitted toward the temperature measuring pad via the antenna portion, a receiving portion for wirelessly receiving the temperature information from the temperature measuring pad via the antenna portion, a storing portion for storing the temperature information, a display portion for displaying at least the measured body temperature, and an external interface for transferring the temperature information stored in the storing portion to an external device.

摘要: In some embodiments, a thermometer is disclosed that can be used in combination with a reader for reading temperature information of a patient from the thermometer pad. In some examples, the thermometer includes, e.g., a thermal sensor that changes in resistance in response to temperature changes, a memory, and a temperature correction circuit. The memory stores, in advance, a temperature difference between an expected measured temperature as a true temperature and an actually measured temperature corresponding to the expected measured temperature obtained by converting an analog signal from the thermal sensor into a digital signal as a correction value. The temperature correction circuit corrects a temperature measured in an actual use with the correction value.

摘要: An adhesive clinical thermometer pad is used in combination with a reader for reading temperature information of a patient from the thermometer pad. The pad includes a flexible main body of a generally flat shape, an adhesive layer formed on a rear surface of the main body, an antenna portion for receiving a radio wave emitted from the reader, an electric power generating portion for generating electric power from the radio wave received by the antenna portion, a temperature senor for measuring a body temperature of the patient, and an output portion for wirelessly outputting temperature information toward the reader. The antenna portion, the electric power generating portion, the temperature sensor and the output portion are embedded in the main body. The temperature information includes the measured temperature and an ID code given to the clinical thermometer pad. The output portion is operated by the electric power generated by the electric power generating portion. The adhesive clinical thermometer pad attached to a skin surface of the patient via the adhesive layer receives the radio wave from the reader, generates electric power from the received radio wave, measures the body temperature of the patient and wirelessly outputs the temperature information toward the reader.
