摘要: A ceramic-matrix composite having a multilayered interfacial coating adapted to protect the reinforcing fibers from long-term oxidation, while allowing these to bridge the wake of advancing cracks in the matrix, is provided by selectively mismatching materials within adjacent layers of the interfacial coating, the materials having different coefficients of thermal expansion so that a low toughness interface region is created to promote crack deflection either within an interior layer of the mismatched interfacial coating or between adjacent layers of the mismatched interfacial coating.

摘要: The present invention relates to a resistor device for controlling a rotational speed of a motor which has no directional property and provides a convenient setting. A resistance unit is positioned which includes at least four connecting points connected to connecting terminals at an upper predetermined position of a housing, and a heat sink having at least four supporting legs is provided to form passing paths open in all directions on the housing. Also, the resistance unit is adhered on the heat sink through an insulating layer, a second heat sink corresponding to the first heat sink is adhered on the resistance unit through the insulating layer, and short-circuit means having a soldered portion to be fused at a predetermined temperature upon an overloading of the motor is provided between the resistance unit and any one terminal. Accordingly, the present invention enables the resistor device to be freely positioned without a directional property and prevents heat by the short-circuit means from disturbing the resistor device.

摘要: A resistor device for controlling a rotational speed of a resistance unit and an open-circuit means. A receiving recess is provided to any one side surface of a heat sink vertically affixed to a top surface plate of a housing. A resistance unit, which is protected by a film and made of metal material forming a resistor circuit for gradually controlling the rotational speed of a motor, is received within the recess in the heat sink and connected to a terminal. An open-circuit means, having a soldered portion which is fused at a predetermined temperature upon an overload of the motor, is provided at a predetermined distance between the resistance unit and a terminal.

摘要: A process for manufacturing an Alnico system permanent magnet is disclosed in which the alloy powder of the Alnico system having the proper composition is manufactured through a rapid solidification process, so that the crushability and the formability should be superior, the sintered density should be high, and the magnetic properties should be excellent, as well as cheap in its manufacturing cost and simple in its manufacturing process. An alloy of Alnico system is subjected to a rapid solidification with a spinning solidifier wheel speed of 6-40 m/sec, thereby manufacturing a microcrystalline rapidly solidified powder. The powder is ground into a finer powder, and then a press-forming is carried out. Then a sintering is carried out at a temperature of 1100.degree.-1350.degree. C. for 0.5-4 hours. Then based on a single heat treatment, an external magnetizing force of 1-15 kOe is applied in a temperature range of 600.degree.-1000.degree. C., thereby carrying out a heat treatment under a magnetizing force. Thereafter, an aging heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 500.degree.-700.degree. C. for 1-10 hours, thereby magnetizing the formed body.
