摘要: A method of preparing an aesculin sturgeon skin gelatin with antioxidant activity and Enterococcus faecalis detection ability includes: 1) mixing a sturgeon skin gelatin and distilled water in a ratio of 1:15-1:25 (w/v) at 50-70° C. and filtering to obtain a sturgeon skin gelatin solution; 2) adding aesculin and a glycerin solution to the sturgeon skin gelatin solution, stirring the resulted sturgeon skin gelatin solution at 30-50° C. for 30 minutes, and filtering; and 3) removing air bubbles from the sturgeon skin gelatin solution of step 2) under reduced pressure, placing the sturgeon skin gelatin solution on an acrylic glass, and drying the sturgeon skin gelatin solution at in a vented oven 25° C. and 45-55% relative humidity for 24 hours to obtain the aesculin sturgeon skin gelatin film.

摘要: A method of preparing a vinyl collagen microsphere polyamide fiber composite material includes the following steps: step 1: modifying a collagen with methacrylic anhydride to obtain a vinyl collagen, then emulsifying and cross-linking the vinyl collagen to obtain vinyl collagen microspheres; step 2: treating a polyamide fiber substrate with formaldehyde to obtain a hydroxylated polyamide fiber substrate, treating the hydroxylated polyamide fiber with (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane (MPS) to obtain a sulfhydrylated polyamide fiber substrate; and step 3: modifying the sulfhydrylated polyamide fiber substrate with the vinyl collagen microspheres to obtain the vinyl collagen microsphere polyamide fiber composite material.

摘要: A method for preparing a conductive biomimetic skin scaffold material with self-repairing function includes the following steps: adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride to a homogeneous dispersion of acidified carbon nanotubes, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS), and gelatin to cross-link to obtain a conductive composite colloid; and injecting the conductive composite colloid into a mold, aging at −4-4° C. for 12-24 hours, and then soaking in a phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution with a pH of 7.0-7.4 for 12-24 hours to obtain the conductive biomimetic skin scaffold material.

摘要: A method of preparing a sturgeon skin gelatin with antioxidant activity includes: 1) soaking sturgeon skin in water, and sonicating the sturgeon skin; 2) cutting the sturgeon skin, soaking the sturgeon skin in a NaOH solution, and soaking the sturgeon skin in an HCl solution; 3) washing the sturgeon skin of step 2) to neutral, placing the sturgeon skin in an extraction solution for extracting sturgeon skin protein; and 4) obtaining the sturgeon skin gelatin. A method of preparing a sturgeon skin gelatin film includes: 1) dissolving sturgeon skin gelatin in water to obtain a sturgeon skin gelatin solution; 2) adding glycerine to the sturgeon skin gelatin solution; and 3) obtaining the sturgeon skin gelatin film.
