    摘要: There is provided a designing method of a wind turbine rotor which includes a rotor head, a bearing provided on the rotor head and a wind turbine blade attached to the bearing. The wind turbine rotor designing method includes: providing operation environment data indicative of an operation environment of a wind turbine generator including the wind turbine rotor and design data of the wind turbine blade; calculating a position of a center of mass of the wind turbine blade in each position in a lengthwise direction of the wind turbine blade in the operation environment from the operation environment data and the design data; and calculating an evaluation value which is a value depending on an integral value obtained by integrating a product of the calculated position of the center of mass of the blade and a mass per unit length at each position in a lengthwise direction of the wind turbine blade from a blade root portion of the wind turbine blade to a blade tip end of the same.

    摘要: The present invention has an object of realizing highly reliable search with high precision by obtaining a clear view image over a wide view. In particular, a reflection mirror is formed so as to correspond to an image pick-up element at a focus surface of a converging lens of an image pick-up camera and the image pick-up camera is arranged to be capable of freely performing scanning by a scanning mechanism portion. As a result, with the image pick-up camera kept performing linear scanning, the reflection mirror performs triangular scanning in a direction opposite to the scanning direction of the image pick-up camera for every frame cycle T and a light wave taken in by the converging lens is introduced to the image pick-up element for every one frame, thereby to obtain a static view image. The desired object is thus achieved.

    摘要: An amplifier which performs the function of switching on and off its output signal includes an inverted Darlington circuit made up of an input transistor and an output transistor, a first switching circuit connected across the base and the emitter of the output transistor, and a second switching circuit connected between the emitter of the input transistor and the collector of the output transistor. Amplifier also includes means for opening the first switching circuit and closing the second switching circuit to send out an output signal, and for closing the first switching circuit and opening the second switching circuit to stop the output signal. The input and output transistors may be fabricated using vipolar or MOSFET technology because current of a small magnitude flows through the switching circuits, the switching circuits can be formed from elements that are small in size and which have small parasitic capacitance. Consequently, amplifier is capable of operating at high speeds but with low power demands. In addition, amplifier can be miniaturized or formed on a single IC chip.
