摘要： An optical characteristic measuring apparatus includes a light source, a detector and a data processing unit. Data processing unit includes a modeling unit, an analyzing unit and a fitting unit. The plurality of film model equations are solved, and prescribed calculation is performed on the assumption that the optical constants included in the plurality of film model equations is identical. Fitting is performed between a waveform obtained by substituting the obtained film thickness and the obtained optical constants of the film into the film model equations and a waveform of the wavelength distribution characteristic obtained by detector, thereby determining that the optical constants included in the plurality of film model equations is identical and that the film thickness and the optical constants obtained by the analyzing unit are correct values.

摘要： A differential pressure control valve has a valve seat made of magnetic material, a valve body having a lid made of magnetic material, and a guiding member. Fluid passes through a valve hole formed in the seat. The body on the downstream side of the seat separates from or is seated on the seat in accordance with the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream sides to selectively open and close the hole. The guiding member fixed to the seat guides the body. The lid is seated on the seat to close the hole. A guided member is made of nonmagnetic material. One of the seat and the lid has a permanent magnet. The body is urged in the direction approaching the seat by the force of the magnet located at a position outside the area where the body is seated on the seat.

摘要： A compressor has suction reed valves each of which includes a fixation portion fixed to the valve base plate, a basal portion that extends from the fixation portion and is separable from the plate, and a valve flap extending from the basal portion toward the distal end to selectively open and close the suction port. Each suction port has a shape elongated in the width direction, which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The width of the basal portion is greater than that of the suction port. Each valve flap includes an opening-closing portion facing the corresponding suction port and stoppers, which project from the ends in the width direction. The side edges in the width direction are continuous from the stoppers to the basal portion to gradually approach the suction port. The cylinder block has pairs of recessed retainers. The stoppers contact the retainers.
