摘要: This air intake control valve includes a valve body rotatably mounted on a surge tank of an internal-combustion engine, rotated between an open position and a closed position to open and close a fluid passage formed in a partition wall internally dividing the surge tank into two parts and a valve body sealing member arranged on the outer periphery of the valve body, providing a seal between the partition wall and the valve body by coming into contact with the partition wall of the surge tank at the closed position of the valve body.

摘要: This air intake control valve includes a valve body provided in an air intake port, a rotating shaft rotating together with the valve body, an actuator generating drive force in a linear direction, a link member having an engaging portion provided on a side opposite to the rotating shaft and an actuator connection portion connected to the actuator, connecting the rotating shaft and the actuator to convert the drive force of the actuator in the linear direction into drive force in a rotational direction and transmit the drive force that has been converted to the rotating shaft, and a retaining portion engaging with the engaging portion to restrict movement of the engaging portion of the link member in an outward direction while allowing rotation of the engaging portion of the link member.

摘要: An air intake device includes: a valve body which includes a rotating shaft; a bearing member which rotatably supports the rotating shaft of the valve body; and an air intake port which includes a concave portion on which the bearing member is disposed, wherein the bearing member includes a positioning portion for positioning the bearing member with respect to the concave portion of the air intake port, facing surfaces which extend from the positioning portion along the concave portion of the air intake port and face each other in an inward radial direction of the rotating shaft with respect to the concave portion, with a gap therebetween, and protruding portions which protrude toward the concave portion of the air intake port from the facing surfaces and seal the gap.

摘要: An airtightness maintaining structure for a butterfly valve includes a valve element having a rotating shaft and a valve body, a rotation supporting portion having a pivotably supporting member that fits onto the rotating shaft and pivotably supports the rotating shaft, and a rotating shaft seal arranged to contact in a fitting state both an end surface of a member on an outer radial and a surface of a member on an inner side either the rotation shaft or the pivotably supporting member and has an annular portion. In a closed valve state of the valve element, the rotating shaft seal moves radially due to a pressure difference between a high fluid pressure acting on one side of the valve element and a low fluid pressure acting on the other side and contacts both the valve element and the rotation supporting portion on the high fluid pressure side.

摘要: An air intake apparatus for an internal combustion engine, the air intake apparatus includes: an air intake apparatus main body portion introducing air into a cylinder; a port portion provided integrally with a downstream side end portion of the air intake apparatus main body portion and inserted into an air intake port in a cylinder head; an air intake passage formed inside the air intake apparatus main body portion and the port portion, and through which an air-fuel mixture containing air and fuel flows; an injector provided in the air intake apparatus main body portion and introducing the fuel into the air intake passage; and a heater heating the fuel introduced by the injector. The injector is disposed at a position where the fuel is capable of being injected into the heater.
