摘要: An optical recording medium is made by sputtering a polymeric material in an evacuated chamber to form an under layer on a substrate having a preformed grooved pattern of prepits and pregrooves, and then forming a recording layer on the underlayer in the chamber continuously after forming the underlayer. Said under layer is made of a high polymeric material which can be melted, sublimated, or decomposed at a lower temperature than the melting point, the sublimating point, or the decomposing temperature of said recording layer. Accordingly, said under layer can relax the thermal shock transferred from said substrate into said recording layer, and the deformation of said substrate can be prevented, even though a laser beam for playback is repeatedly radiated onto said recording layer, and said optical recording medium has a larger recording sensitivity than the recording sensitivity of an optical recording disc of a prior art.

摘要: In a film forming method of an organic thin film for an optical information recording medium, the speed of forming the film can be increased and the quantity of the waste dust which is produced in the process of film forming can be decreased. Moreover, the ratio of the number of fluorine atoms to the number of the carbon atoms contained in the under layer is controlled to be less than 1.8, whereby the heat resistance of the under layer is improved and thermal deformation of an uneven pattern of the substrate can be prevented so that the endurance life of the optical information recording medium can be prolonged.

摘要: In an optical recording medium, an under layer is formed between an even pattern of a substrate and a recording layer, and said under layer is made of a high polymeric material which can be melted, sublimated, or decomposed at a lower temperature than the melting point, the sublimating point, or the decomposing temperature of said recording layer. 摘要: Disclosed herein is an information recording medium which is composed of a substrate, underlayer, and recording film and is capable of recording information by means of depressions or pits which are formed on the recording film upon irradiation with a recording energy beam, said information recording medium being characterized in that the recording film is provided with a supporting layer on at least one side of the recording film, said supporting layer having a melting point which is lower than that of the recording film, or on that side of the recording film which is adjacent to the substrate, said supporting layer having a melting point which is higher than that of the recording film. Owing to these features, the information recording medium gives recording pits having a smaller rim inner diameter, so that it achieves a high recording power margin for high-density recording.

摘要: A wire bonding method and apparatus for welding a wire with at least one end formed with a ball and a pad of a printed wiring board. A bonding head moves downward slowly to crush the ball to form a flat surface, and will move upward once to adjust a relative position of the pad and the ball. The bonding head will move downward again, and an ultrasonic wave is applied to heat the ball and the bonding head so that the ball and the pad are welded. If necessary, a portion of the wire to be bent is moved to a desired position of the wiring board, by a supporting apparatus. A free end of the wire which is not welded is moved by a jig to bend the portion of the wire for routing.

The hub may be formed by a pair of hub halves. There is disposed an annular inner spacer and annular outer space around the hub so as to separate the pair of recording disc substrates.
