摘要:
A wireless communication system (100) comprises a plurality of access points (102) for communicating with a plurality of wireless communication devices (104) within an enterprise (106). A local gateway (108) provides access to a local network (110) within the enterprise and an access point gateway (114) is coupled to the local gateway (108) and is communicably coupled to each of the plurality of access points (102) and to a core network (116) of the wireless communication system. The access point gateway (114) is arranged to receive control messages sent between the core network (116) and the plurality of access points (102) via the access point gateway (114) and to selectively route data via at least one of a communication path (118) between the access points (102) and the core network (116) and a communication path (120) between an access point (102) and the local network (110) via the local gateway (108) based on a received control message. A method of routing data and a method of handing over a wireless communication device, having an established data connection to a local network, is also claimed and disclosed.

摘要:
An electrical terminal includes first and second contact members having outer pressure contacting end portions for pressure engaging a pair of spaced electrical devices. The contact members have enlarged inner end portions. A sleeve includes a through hole for slidably receiving the inner end portions of the contact members at opposite ends thereof. The through hole has opposite open ends through which the pressure contacting end portions of the contact members project. Restricted stops are formed at the open ends of the through holes for abutting the enlarged inner ends of the contact members to define outer limit positions of the pressure contacting end portions of the contact members. A biasing member is disposed in the through hole to resiliently bias the contact members in opposite directions. The invention contemplates that an outside diameter of the sleeve at a first end thereof be smaller than an outside diameter of the sleeve at a second end thereof. Thereby, the smaller diameter end is easily formed into a restricted stop, and the larger diameter end of the sleeve can be used for clamping and disassembling the terminal from an electrical device without damaging the sleeve.

An electrical terminal (30) includes first (32) and second (34) contact members having outer pressure contacting end portions (32a, 34a) for pressure engaging a pair of electrical devices and enlarged inner end portions (32b, 34b). A sleeve (36) includes a through hole (44) for slidably receiving the inner end portions of the contact members. The through hole has opposite open ends (46, 48) through which the pressure contacting end portions of the contact members project for engaging the spaced electrical devices. A biasing member (38) is disposed in the through hole to resiliently bias the contact members in opposite directions. The biasing member is in a relaxed condition when the pressure contacting end portions of the contact members are out of pressure engagement with the electrical devices. Thereby, one of the contact members can be retracted substantially into the through hole to thereby reduce the distance between distal ends of the pressure contacting end portions of the contact members.
