    摘要: A steering system (30) comprises two radially oppositely arranged drive wheels (1; 3) for steering a tubular object (5) positioned between the drive wheels (1; 3). The drive wheels (1; 3) each have a wheel rotation axis (40; 42) and each include a plurality of rollers (7) distributed around the wheel rotation axis (40; 42). The rollers (7) are rotatably arranged, each roller having a roller rotation axis (44) and an outer drive face (58) concavely vaulted in a direction corresponding to its roller rotation axis (44). The roller rotation axis (44) is obliquely oriented in relation to the wheel rotation axis (40; 42) and the rollers (7) of each drive wheel (1; 3) form together a steering periphery for the tubular object (5). The steering system enables continues rotation of a tubular object without danger that the object will lose the contact with the rollers. The steering system (30) may be incorporated in a catheter system which comprises a catheter (5).

    摘要: Coaxial connector provided with a body (20) of electroconductive material which extends in the casing (1) of the connector between the connection ends (18, 19) and is electrically separated therefrom. The body (20) functions as a capacitive coupling medium between the connection ends (18, 19) and thus influences the electrical connection impedance of the connector. Because a body of magnetic material (21) is accommodated at the same time, an inductive coupling can be provided and frequency-dependent impedance matching is possible.

    摘要: The invention relates to an electronic pill (102) for delivery of a medication (104) inside a mammal. The electronic pill (102) comprises a reservoir (106) for releasing the medication (104) in response to a predefined level of pressure. Furthermore a primary elastic element (108) is comprised for applying said predefined level of pressure to the reservoir (106) via a piston (110) upon release from the piston (110) of its constrained position. The piston (110) in its turn, when in constrained position, induces a predefined level of stress in the primary elastic element (108) by accordingly deforming it. The electronic pill (102) comprises a mechanism (114) for changing, upon actuation, from a constraining configuration in which the piston (110) is maintained at its constrained position to a releasing configuration in which the piston (110) is released. The mechanism (112) limits the displacement of the piston (110) during changing between said configurations to a level which is substantially smaller than the deformation introduced in the primary elastic element (108).

The system (302) comprises an implantable probe (304) bifurcated into a primary branch (306) and a secondary branch (308) at a bifurcation (310), wherein the probe is provided at its distal end (112, 312) with an electrode (114) for delivering electrical stimulation to tissue. Herein, the primary branch (306) is configured for at least temporarily mechanically co-operating with a guide wire (316) configured for guiding the probe (304) into said tissue whereas the secondary branch (308) is configured for electrically connecting said electrode to a device for generating the electrical stimulation.
