摘要: Spent polyurethanes are returned to the value chain by hydrogenating the spent polyurethanes in a hydrogen atmosphere in the presence of at least one homogeneous transition metal catalyst complex, wherein the transition metal is selected from metals of groups 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the periodic table of elements according to IUPAC, to obtain a polyamine and a polyol. The hydrogenation is carried out at a reaction temperature of at least 120° C. in a non-reducible solvent having a dipole moment of 10-1030 C·m or less.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing polyurethanes by mixing a) polyisocyanate, b) a mixture obtainable by introducing an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salt into a compound comprising urethane groups, c) compounds comprising one or more epoxide groups, and, optionally, d) polyol, e) chain extenders, and f) fillers and further additives to form a reaction mixture and fully reacting the mixture to give the polyurethane, where the amount of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal ions per equivalent urethane groups in the compound (b) is 0.0001 to 3.5. The present invention further relates to a polyurethane obtainable by such a process, and to the use of such a polyurethane for producing bodywork components for vehicles.

摘要: Described herein is a process for producing polyurethane foams having a density of 30 g/dm3 to 70 g/dm3, in which (a) aromatic polyisocyanate is mixed with (b) polymeric compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups, (c) optionally chain extender and/or crosslinking agent, (d) catalyst, (e) blowing agent including water, (f) 0.1% to 5% by weight of lactam, and (g) optionally additives, at an isocyanate index of 50 to 95 to form a reaction mixture, and the reaction mixture is converted to the polyurethane foam, wherein the catalyst includes metal catalyst and amine catalyst, and the amine catalyst has tertiary nitrogen atoms and the content of tertiary nitrogen atoms in the amine catalyst is from 0.0001 to 0.003 mol/100 g of foam. Also described herein is a polyurethane foam and a method of using such a flexible polyurethane foam for the production of cushions, seat cushions, or mattresses.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for producing polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foams. The method involves reacting a composition (Z1) with at least one polyisocyanate, and occurs in the presence of at least one nucleating agent and a blowing agent, in which the nucleating agent and the blowing agent are mixed to obtain a composition (Z2) that is added to the composition (Z1) before it is reacted with the at least one polyisocyanate. The composition (Z1) contains (i) 100 parts by mass of a composition (ZP) including at least one polyol and at least one catalyst that catalyzes formation of a urethane, urea or isocyanuarate bond, and (ii) from 0.05 to 10 parts by mass of a surfactant TD having an HLB value below 6 and no silicon atom.
