摘要: An apparatus for preconditioning a power source of an electric aircraft is presented. The apparatus includes a power source of an electric aircraft, a computing device, and a user device. The computing device is configured to receive a flight plan, determine a predicted power usage model as a function of the flight plan, and initiate a power source modification on the electric aircraft as a function of the predicted power usage model. The user device is configured to display a flight performance infographic as a function of the predicted power usage model.

摘要: In an aspect of the present disclosure is a system for cooling a high voltage (HV) cable on an electric aircraft, including a fuselage configured to receive the HV cable, including a first side comprising a first venting closure movable between an open position and a closed position. The fuselage may further comprise a second side opposite the first side, the second side comprising a second venting closure movable between an open position and a closed position; wherein the first and second venting closures are configured to create a cooling channel between the first and second venting closures when the first and second venting closures are in the open position, wherein the cooling channel contacts the HV cable.

The battery pack includes a plurality of pouch cells and a separation element, where the separation separates at least a first pouch cell of the plurality pouch cells from a second pouch cell of the plurality of pouch cells. The separation element contains a fluid. The system also includes a cooling plate, where the cooling plate is adjacent to the lower side of the battery pack. The cooling plate comprises at least a cooling fin, where the at least a cooling fin extends towards the separation element.

In some aspects, sealing rim, first component, and second component are all joined together by welding.

摘要: An assembly and a method of manufacturing a battery pack with airgap sizing for preventing ejecta debris clogging for an electric aircraft are disclosed. The assembly includes a battery module configured to house a battery unit, wherein the battery module includes a battery cell and a cooling plate configured to stabilize battery cell temperature. The assembly includes a fire wall configured to intercept ejecta debris from the battery cell. The assembly includes an airgap configured to contain the ejecta debris between the firewall and the battery cell. The assembly includes a headspace configured to tolerate the ejecta debris on top of the battery cell, wherein the headspace includes an ejecta vent configured to vent the ejecta debris.
