摘要: A display substrate, a display panel including the display substrate and a display device including the display panel are provided. The display substrate comprises a flexible circuit board and test pads, wherein the flexible circuit board covers an area of the test pads. In the aforesaid display substrate, the flexible circuit board covers the area of the test pads, so that test points on the test pads can be prevented from contacting the outside, and corrosion of the test points and signal abnormity in signal lines resulting therefrom during testing are prevented; compared with the prior art, the process of coating the test pads with UV adhesive is omitted, thus the process flow is reduced, and the production efficiency and the productivity are improved; moreover, the thickness of the display substrate can be reduced, which is conducive for the display panel including the display substrate to be lighter and thinner.

摘要: The present invention discloses a display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The display apparatus comprises a display device, an out-cell device and a flexible printed circuit board for being connected to an external signal. The display device has a first category of leads and a second category of leads; the out-cell device has reserved leads, and the reserved leads are electrically connected to the second category of leads; and the flexible printed circuit board has a first category of pins and a second category of pins, the first category of leads are electrically connected to the first category of pins, and the second category of leads are electrically connected to the second category of pins. In this way, the reserved leads are electrically connected to the second category of leads, while the second category of leads are electrically connected to the second category of pins, thereby enabling conduction between the out-cell device and the external signal. As compared with the prior art in which the out-cell device and the display device are provided with their respective flexible printed circuit boards, the display apparatus as provided in the embodiments of the present invention omits the step of separately making a flexible printed circuit board of the out-cell device, thereby reducing the cost of production of the display apparatus and at the same time further simplifying the structure of the out-cell device of the display apparatus.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an in-cell touch panel and a display device, wherein each self-capacitance electrode is provided with a transversal slit within a region of the self-capacitance electrode corresponding to a gap between two adjacent pixel units in a column direction, and/or each self-capacitance electrode is provided with a longitudinal slit within a region of the self-capacitance electrode corresponding to a gap between two adjacent pixel units in a row direction, so that it can ensure that the slits in the self-capacitance electrodes and the gaps between the self-capacitance electrodes are uniformly arranged in the whole in-cell touch panel, thereby overcoming the defects such as bright lines, dark lines or the like in the in-cell touch panel.

摘要: An array substrate of an X-ray sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, the method comprising a step of forming a thin-film transistor element and a photodiode sensor element, wherein the step of forming the thin-film transistor element comprises: forming a gate electrode (1001) on an base substrate (1000) by a mask process; depositing a gate insulating layer (1005) on the base substrate (1000) on which the gate electrode (1001) is formed; the step of forming the photodiode sensor element comprises: forming an ohmic contact layer (1002) on the base substrate (1000) through the same mask process while forming the gate electrode (1001); forming a semiconductor layer (1003) and a transparent electrode (1004) through a mask process on the substrate (1000) on which the ohmic contact layer (1002) is formed; depositing the gate insulating layer on the base substrate on which the semiconductor layer (1003) and the transparent electrode (1004) are formed while depositing the gate insulating layer (1005) on the base substrate (1000) on which the gate electrode (1001) is formed. A gate pattern and an ohmic contact layer are formed through the same mask process, and a passivation layer substitutes a channel blocking layer to reduce the number of the mask processes and simplify the manufacturing process and improve throughput and yield of the product.

摘要: A shift register unit and driving method thereof, a gate driving circuit and a display apparatus are provided. The potential of the pull-up control node is continuously raised by the output signals of multiple stages of shift register circuits. The high level of the pull-up control node can be used to release output noise of the shift register unit, such as to improve the quality of the display apparatus product, and ensures the life and the long time stable operation of the GOA circuit. The shift register unit provided by embodiments of the present disclosure comprises an input module, a pull-up module, a pull-down control module, a pull-up control module and a pull-down module.

摘要: The present invention discloses a display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The display apparatus comprises a display device, an out-cell device and a flexible printed circuit board for being connected to an external signal. The display device has a first category of leads and a second category of leads; the out-cell device has reserved leads, and the reserved leads are electrically connected to the second category of leads; and the flexible printed circuit board has a first category of pins and a second category of pins, the first category of leads are electrically connected to the first category of pins, and the second category of leads are electrically connected to the second category of pins. In this way, the reserved leads are electrically connected to the second category of leads, while the second category of leads are electrically connected to the second category of pins, thereby enabling conduction between the out-cell device and the external signal. As compared with the prior art in which the out-cell device and the display device are provided with their respective flexible printed circuit boards, the display apparatus as provided in the embodiments of the present invention omits the step of separately making a flexible printed circuit board of the out-cell device, thereby reducing the cost of production of the display apparatus and at the same time further simplifying the structure of the out-cell device of the display apparatus.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a gate driver circuit, a touch display device and a touch display driving method. The gate driver circuit includes a plurality of GOA unit groups arranged successively and control units arranged between every two adjacent GOA unit groups, each of the GOA unit groups comprising a plurality of shift registers which are cascaded. The control unit is configured to output a start control signal at a high level to a signal input end of a first stage shift register of a next GOA unit group corresponding thereto, after a last stage shift register of a previous GOA unit group corresponding thereto completes driving for a corresponding gate line and a predetermined time elapses, so as to pre-charge the first stage shift register of the next GOA unit group.
