Disclosed are a method of fabricating a binary alloy nanostructure by using metal oxides, metal substances or metal halides of metal elements used to form a binary alloy and/or binary alloy substances as a precursor through a vapor phase synthesis method and a binary alloy nanostructure fabricated by the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a method of fabricating a binary alloy nanowire or nanobelt which comprises placing a precursor on the front part of a reaction furnace and a substrate on the rear part of the furnace, and heat treating both of them under inert gas atmosphere to produce the nanowire or nanobelt and, in addition, a binary alloy nanowire or nanobelt fabricated by the method according to the present invention.

The SPI interfacing apparatus is connected to a plurality of wireless transmit/receive units, and receives a data frame via an SPI to output the data frame to a wireless transmit/receive unit, based on information regarding selection of the wireless transmit/receive unit, wherein the information is contained in the data frame. Then, the SPI interfacing unit receives data frames from the wireless transmit/receive units to output the data frames in a predetermined order via an SPI. Thus, the wireless transmit/receive units for providing multi-channel functionality can interface a signal processing unit by using an SPI method.

Provided is a cross-layer routing method in a wireless sensor network including: locating a destination node which is a final destination of data by a source node which generates the data; and determining an optimal relay node among one or more neighboring nodes using their position information for each hop and forwarding the data from the source node to the destination node through the determined relay nodes. Therefore, an effective and stable routing which reduces overheads of additional control messages used for stable data forwarding and reduces collisions in a shared channel by using wireless link layer characteristics can be implemented.
