摘要: In the present invention, an apparatus of testing a leakage protection reliability of an integrated circuit interconnection. The apparatus has at least one comb-like pattern, a serpentine-like pattern and means of applying a bias to the patterns and forms a maximum field region at an interconnection formed around a via, i.e., at the end of a tooth portion composing the comb-like pattern. In one structure of the present invention, the comb-like pattern is formed at one level, and the serpentine-like pattern has a plurality of unit parts corresponding to the tooth portions, respectively, and connection parts connecting the neighboring two unit parts. Each of the unit parts is formed at the same level with the comb-like pattern and spaced apart from the tooth portion by a minimum design length according to a design rule. The unit part has vias formed through an interlayer dielectric layer at the both ends of a tooth parallel part, two tooth parallel parts connected with the vias, respectively, and a length parallel part electrically connecting two tooth parallel parts.

摘要: A pixel circuit includes a first transistor that supplies a data signal to a first node in response to a scan signal. The pixel circuit may also include a capacitor that is connected between the first node and a ground voltage and a detecting unit that is connected in parallel with the capacitor. More so, the detecting unit may change a voltage of the first node by being activated in response to a mode signal. Also, the detecting unit may have resistance that varies according to an external stimulus. The pixel circuit may also include a second transistor that is complementarily activated with respect to the detecting unit in response to the mode signal, and that provides a voltage of the first node.

摘要: There is provided a toner having good charging characteristics that is composed of a core region and a thin shell in which a charge control agent is densely distributed so as to improve charging characteristics of the toner, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a toner having a bi-layered structure includes: producing a toner core using a suspension polymerization method; preparing a suspension of toner particles having a core-shell structure by forming a rigid shell on a surface of the toner core; and recovering the toner particles from the suspension as a post-processing operation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing human proinsulin which is represented as a following chemical formula(I): ##STR1## wherein, R is an amino acid residue or a peptide which is degradable enzymatically or chemically; and, X is a linkage of an amino group of A-1 in insulin A chain and a carboxyl group of B-30 in insulin B chain which can be separated from the A chain or the B chain enzymatically or chemically, provided that a region from A-1 to A-21 is the insulin A chain and a region from B-1 to B-30 is the insulin B chain. In accordance with the present invention, human recombinant insulin precursor can be simply manufactured with a good reproducibility, since dissolution, sulfonation, concentration, desalting and purification are remarkably simplified, while increasing the yield of refolding reaction.
