    摘要： A refrigerator is disclosed wherein an ion generator is arranged in a cold air duct which supplies cold air to a storage compartment, and a desired portion of the cold air duct is treated for anti-static. The ions from the ion generator are used for the purpose of sterilization and deodorization and are effectively discharged into the storage compartment. The anti-static-treatment of the cold air duct prevents the ions generated from the ion generator from being lost due to static in the cold air duct. The anti-static treatment is carried out by coating polyethylene on a portion of the cold air duct. The cold air duct includes a plurality of uniformly spaced cold air outlets, whereby the ions generated from the ion generator are uniformly distributed into the overall portion of the storage compartment through the cold air outlets.

    摘要： An organic EL device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The organic EL device comprises a substrate having a first electrode arranged on an active region, at least one organic material layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on the organic material layer so as to extend to an inactive region of the substrate to allow heat of the device to be dissipated to an outside therethrough, and a seal-cup facing the second electrode while being sealingly connected with the second electrode at a seal line via a sealant. The organic EL device can effectively lower an interior temperature of the device while preventing degradation thereof, thereby remarkably increasing lifetime thereof, and enhance interface stability of the device, thereby remarkably suppressing degradation in characteristics of the device.

    摘要： A content providing system and method for a streaming service are provided. The content providing system is connected to at least one of wired/wireless terminals and a wide area server. The content providing system includes at least one of local servers and a manage node. The local servers store contents received from the wide area server and provide context index information. The managing node manages the context index information by the contents stored in the local servers and the wide area server, and determines a storing location of a corresponding content from the context index information if a content request message is received from a terminal. Also, the managing node transmits the requested content to the terminal through a wired/wireless Internet network by transmitting a content-transmission message to local servers having the corresponding content or the wide area server.

    摘要： Provided is an apparatus and method for all-optically controlling both a gain and a gain flattening. The apparatus includes: a first amplifier automatically controlling a gain of the apparatus through a feedback loop while amplifying a received optical signal; a fixed gain flattening unit receiving the amplified optical signal from the first amplifier and compensating for the gain according to a wavelength of the received optical signal; and a second amplifier automatically controlling the gain through a feedback loop while amplifying the optical signal input from the fixed gain flattening unit. Accordingly, even if the number of channels of an input WDM optical signal varies, both of a gain and a gain flattening can be all-optically controlled.

The finger of the first lead frame is disposed in parallel with that of the second lead frame. An LED chip and a protective device are mounted on mounting areas of the first and second lead frames, respectively and electrically connected to the first and second lead frames. A package body houses the first and second lead frames to form first and second opened areas. The first opened area is externally opened around the LED chip, the second opened area is externally opened around the protective device, and the partition wall is formed therebetween. First and second encapsulants are provided to the first and second opened areas, respectively to encapsulate the LED chip and protective device, respectively. At least the first encapsulant is transparent.
