Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts, a cell therapeutic agent for treating bone disease including osteoblasts differentiated by the method and a method for producing the same. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for treating bone disease, including the step of administering the osteoblasts obtained by the method to a patient with bone disease.
The differentiation method according to the present invention can stably and rapidly differentiate mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts. The differentiated osteoblasts have excellent blood vessel-forming ability and excellent bone-forming ability. Accordingly, the method for differentiating stem cells into osteoblasts and the osteoblasts obtained by the method, according to the present invention, can be effectively used as a cell therapeutic agent or treatment method related to bone disease.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for inducing osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and, more particularly, to a short-time osteogenic differentiation method of culturing cells using a porous membrane and a biodegradable synthetic biogel, whereby the cells do not contact a cell culture container. The present invention can significantly shorten the induction period of osteogenic differentiation, compared to the conventional osteogenic differentiation method, and has an effect of the cells being easily separable after differentiation as well.
