摘要: The present invention relates to a method and dressing for detecting detachment of the dressing, which is applied to a surface of an at least partly electrically conductive object. The dressing comprises an adhesive for attaching the dressing to the electrically conductive object and at least two electrodes arranged in a distance from the electrically conductive object. A voltage is applied to the first and second electrode establishing an electrical circuit comprising a first capacitor between the first electrode and the electrically conductive object and a second capacitor between the second electrode and the electrically conductive object. Changes of the capacitance between at least one of the first and the second electrode and the electrically conductive object are detected, and an alarm is activated when the changes of the capacitance reach a predetermined value. This advantageously provides a method whereby a leak can be detected quickly. Furthermore, this advantageously provides a leak sensor with no direct physical or mechanical contact between the electrically conductive object, e.g. the skin, and the electrodes. This provides for a dressing comprising a leak sensor without compromising the comfort of the user.

摘要: The present invention relates to a direct electrostatic printing method, in which a stream of computer generated signals, defining an image information, are converted to a pattern of electrostatic fields which selectively permit or restrict the transport of charged toner particles from a particle source toward a back electrode and control the deposition of those charged toner particles in an image configuration onto an image receiving medium. Particularly, the present invention refers to a direct electrostatic printing method performed in consecutive print cycles, each of which includes at least one development period (tb) and at least one recovering period (tw) subsequent to each development period (tb), wherein the pattern of electrostatic fields is produced during at least a part of each development period (tb) to selectively permit or restrict the transport of charged toner particles from a particle source toward a back electrode, and an electric field is produced during at least a part of each recovering period (tw) to repel a part of the transported charged toner particles back toward the particle source.

摘要: A printhead structure for a direct electrostatic printing device selectively conveys a stream of charged toner particles from a particle source directly onto an image receiving substrate. The printhead structure includes an electrode plate having openings which surround the apertures. A voltage applied to the electrode plate causes a converging electric field to applied to the toner particles passing through the apertures. The converging electric field causes the toner particles to converge toward respective central axes of the apertures to thereby focus the stream of toner particles. The focusing of the toner particles considerably reduces the dot sizes on the printed image. The use of the printhead structure results in increased print resolution and improved image quality.

摘要: A method to transmit streamed information at a wireless tele- and data communication network by transmitting streamed high prioritized information via a secure medium, whereas low prioritized data are transmitted over a standard channel. The method combines two technologies, MMS and Streaming, to guarantee that a video client in a mobile terminal has access to high prioritized data on the right occasion. By using MMS as an initial notification for the medium, in a message just any amount of high prioritized information can be enclosed, for instance any number of I-frames. The video client in this way has a lead at the video decoding, and the streaming protocol will have more time to secure that the rest of data actually will get through.
