Accordingly, a bracket according to the present invention has an improved buffering ability without installing a buffer. Also, the bracket can not only effectively protect a disk drive from an external impact but also be applied to an electric device such as a portable device. Also, a bracket according to another embodiment can prevent mutual interference between circuits provided on the bracket.

In this present invention, if a call is received, a terminating exchanger requests a trunk connection to a sound db server based on the first information on whether or not to replace a ringback tone and the second information on a route to the sound db server that are received from a home location register (HLR), and provides a called subscriber identification for the sound server. Then, the sound db server searches its db for a sound specified by the called, and provides the found sound for the caller instead of a conventional ringback tone via the terminating exchanger connected through a trunk. Through this sequential procedure of network elements, a caller can hear a sound specified by a called instead of a dry ringback tone.

The text input apparatus using a bio-signal includes: a sensor detecting a bio-signal of a human being; a bio-signal measuring unit analyzing the detected bio-signal and extracting characteristic information; and an instruction generation unit converting the characteristic information into an instruction used to drive an application program, according to a preset mapping relation prepared corresponding to the extracted characteristic information. According to the method and apparatus, communications by users, who cannot practically use conventional interfaces, such as a mouse and a keyboard and therefore, experience difficulties in communicating with others in a computing environment, can be easily performed.

A prefiltering method and apparatus for prefiltering a data stream for pattern matching are provided. The prefiltering method includes: receiving a data stream; loading previously stored filtering policies; filtering the data stream according to the loaded filtering policies and generating additional filtering information regarding the filtered data stream; determining whether to transmit the data stream to a search engine apparatus that performs pattern matching based on the additional filtering information; and transmitting the data stream to the search engine apparatus if the data stream is determined as requiring transmission. Therefore, it is possible to provide a high-performance pattern matching system that can achieve a high precision of pattern matching.
