摘要:
A method to control an output voltage of a DC-DC converter, and voltage control logic operable to generate a voltage command to implement the control method, the method including sensing a voltage of a bus of an electric-drive vehicle; increasing a command voltage signal from the sensed voltage to a nominal voltage during a first time period; increasing the command voltage signal from the nominal voltage to a desired voltage during a second time period greater than the first time period; and generating a voltage output based on the command voltage signal.

Controls for improved performance of a vehicle equipped with start-stop control logic are disclosed. Deviation from nominal engine start-stop control logic for the internal combustion engine occurs when a predetermined mission related type of stop event will occur or is occurring that is different from other stop event types that are controlled by the nominal engine start-stop control logic. At least one of a location and a payload associated with the mission related stop event type is provided as an input to the controller before the vehicle arrives at the stop event so that operating parameters of the vehicle are controlled accordingly.

A system for a non-hybrid vehicle is provided. The system includes an electromagnetic device structured to couple to an engine and generate AC electrical power from the engine. The system also includes an AC-to-DC inverter structured to receive and change the AC electrical power to regulated DC electrical power. Additionally, the system includes an electrical path coupled to the AC-to-DC inverter and configured to provide the regulated DC electrical power directly to an electrically-powered accessory at or above 28 volts DC.
