In one aspect, a multilayer structure comprises (a) a multilayer polyethylene film, wherein an outer layer of the film comprises a polymer blend of at least one ethylene-based polymer and at least one ethylene acid copolymer, wherein the difference between the melt index (I2) of the ethylene acid copolymer and the ethylene-based polymer is less than 18, and wherein the acid content of the polymer blend is greater than 0.2%; and (b) a metal layer comprising a metal deposited on the outer layer of the polyethylene film.
