The present invention provides a composition comprising (a) an antimicrobial material; and (b) an extract obtained from or obtainable from a plant of the Labiatae family, wherein (a) and (b) are different; wherein the composition contains phenolic diterpenes in an amount of greater than 1.0 wt. %, based on the composition, and wherein when the antimicrobial material consists of nisin, the composition comprises carvacrol in an amount of less than 0.075 wt. % based on the composition and carvone in an amount of less than 15 wt. % based on the composition.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising a hydro-soluble component and a coating substance, wherein the hydro-soluble component is coated with the coating substance, wherein the coating substance reduces leaching of the hydro-soluble component from the composition when the composition is contacted with aqueous media. Furthermore, the present invention relates to uses of said composition and an aquafeed comprising said composition.

The present invention is directed to an ingredient system for flatbread products which are essentially free from added mono-diglycerides, comprising an ingredient system containing a fat-coated vegetable fibre particle, a fat-coated organic acid and an enzyme preparation containing at least an amylase: flatbread products which contains the ingredient system and the use of the ingredient system in flatbread products.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising a feed or feed additive and a coating substance, wherein the feed or feed additive is coated with the coating substance, wherein the coating substance decreases the degree of degradation of the feed or feed additive within the rumen environment. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of said compositions for increasing feed utilization, improving animal nutrition, milk production and reducing global warming.
