    摘要: According to the inventive concept, a method of analyzing a biomaterial may include preparing an analysis apparatus including a substrate having a first region and a second region, supplying a second antigen onto the substrate to conduct a first reaction of a portion of antibodies and the second antigen, and conducting a second reaction of another portion of the antibodies and a first antigen after conducting the first reaction, to form a binding structure. The antibodies may be disposed in the first region of the substrate, the capturing structure may be provided in the second region of the substrate, and the capturing structure may include a linker which binds to the substrate and the first antigen which binds to the linker. The binding structure may include the linker, the first antigen and the antibody which binds to the first antigen.
