An ingot is manufactured by pulling it up such that V/Ga and V/Gb become 0.23 to 0.50 mm2/minute ° C., respectively, where V (mm/minute) is a pulling-up speed, and Ga (° C./mm) is and axial temperature gradient at the center of the ingot and Gb (° C./mm) is an axial temperature gradient at the edge of the ingot at temperatures in a range of 1,300° C. to a melting pointy of silicon. A wafer obtained by slicing the ingot is heat treated in a reductive atmosphere at temperature in a renge of 1,050° C. to 1,220° C. for 30 to 150 minutes. A silicon wafer free of OSF's, free of COP's, and substantially free of contamination such as Fe and of occurence of slip, is obtained.

The purpose of the present invention is to extract oil from the soybean material containing soybean germ as a main component, and to utilize it.The present invention relates to a method for producing a soybean material, comprising crudely crushing selected soybeans into a size of less than ½, and separating and concentrating a soybean germ fraction by means of sieving, sorting with air, separation based on the grain shape and the like, to the soybean germ fraction produced by said method, to oil prepared from the soybean material containing soybean germ as a main component, to oil containing 0.8% by weight or more of sterols' content, and to foods containing said oil.

The gold alloy wire for a bonding wire contains one kind or two kinds of Pt and Pd of 5000 ppm to 2% by mass in total, Ir: 1 to 200 ppm, Ca: 20 to 200 ppm, Eu: 10 to 200 ppm, Be: 0.1 to 30 ppm, if necessary, and La: to 200 ppm, if necessary. A turbine blade performs internal cooling by a cooling gas flowing through internal cooling flow passages and FCFC cooling by a cooling gas jetted out through film holes arranged on the substantially whole area of the blade surface. The film holes are arranged in rows extending in the span direction at predetermined pitches in the chord direction. The dimensions of the elements of the turbine blade are determined by a mathematical formula 5.ltoreq.L/N.multidot.D.ltoreq.50, where L is the length of any interval of the surface of the cooled turbine blade, N is the number of rows of the film holes in the interval and D is an average diameter of the film holes in the interval. With this arrangement, the maximum cooling efficiency at a small amount of cooling gas flow is attained, and both the quantity of heat per unit area of the blade surface transmitted from the main flow gas to the blade surface and the thermal stresses are reduced.
