    摘要: An audio switch circuit includes negative feedback paths and a transistor that serves as a switching component. The negative feedback paths are turned ON to couple a source voltage and a drain voltage of the transistor to the gate of the transistor when the audio switch circuit is turned ON. The negative feedback paths reduce the slew rate of the gate-to-source voltage of the transistor, thereby slowing the turn-ON of the audio switch circuit to prevent or minimize unwanted audible noise. The negative feedback paths can be turned OFF after a period of time after the audio switch circuit is turned ON for improved total harmonic distortion.

    摘要: An overcurrent detection circuit for a power switch comprises a sampling circuit and a comparing circuit. The sampling circuit is configured to perform current sampling on the power switch using a sampling Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) and an amplifier, convert a sample current into a sample voltage and transmit the sample voltage to the comparing circuit, and clamp operating voltages of the comparing circuit and of an output circuit of the amplifier by a serially connected clamping MOSFET. The comparing circuit is configured to compare the sample voltage with a reference voltage and to output a result of overcurrent detection.

The hysteresis comparator or the integrated circuit can include first and second input transistors, each having a gate configured to receive a respective first or second input voltage. A bias power source can generate a bias current to a first node by applying a voltage through a first resistor. The first node can be connected to a source of the first input transistor through a second resistor and to a source of the second input transistor through a third resistor. The first, second, and third resistors can include the same type of resistor, with the second and third resistors having different resistance values.

Gate-source voltages are generated from the switch currents and applied to switching components of switch circuits to connect two nodes.     摘要: The disclosure provides a clamp circuit and a method for clamping voltage. The clamp circuit includes: a first switch control unit, connected with the high-potential terminal of the first stage output of a comparator and configured to clamp the voltage of the high-potential terminal to VGate1 when the voltage of the high-potential terminal is lower than a first pre-set value V1, and a second switch control unit, connected to the low-potential terminal of the first stage output of the comparator and configured to clamp the voltage of the low-potential terminal to VGate2 when the voltage of the low-potential terminal is higher than a second pre-set value V2, wherein the voltages of the first stage output of the comparator are between VGND and VCC. By the disclosure, the output voltage swings of the first stage of the comparator are limited, and thereby the processing speed of the comparator is improved.
