Each of the thermal surfaces defines at least one threaded hole that extends into the flow field. The battery assembly further includes first and second cell arrays each disposed against a different one of the thermal surfaces and attached to the thermal plate via a fastener received in one of the threaded holes.

An exemplary electrified vehicle may include a frame, a battery support structure mounted to the frame, a battery pack, and one or more isolators. The battery pack is supported by the battery support structure but is not mechanically coupled to the frame. The isolator is mounted between the battery pack and the battery pack support structure for isolating the battery pack from loads that may be imparted on the frame and/or the battery support structure.

摘要： Retention systems are provided for positioning and retaining bus bars relative to battery array terminals within a traction battery pack. The retention systems may include features for urging a bus bar into contact with an array terminal of a battery system. The retention systems may additionally incorporate features for preventing exposure to high voltage areas of the battery system and for directing vent gases toward pack-level venting systems. In some implementations, the bus bar retention features are provided by a combination of a thermal barrier structure and a terminal clip of the retention system.
