摘要： A rectified ac voltage which is not smoothed is compared with a reference voltage directly, and a pulse is generated when the instantaneous value of the rectified ac voltage exceeds the reference voltage. Based on the pulse generation, a judgement is performed on whether the ac voltage is reaching a predetermined value or not. These operations allow the abnormality of the ac voltage to be rapidly detected with improved accuracy.

摘要： In an automatic voltage switching power source having a full-wave rectifier circuit and a voltage doubler circuit, a controller comprises a plurality of voltage level detectors which are associated with an input ac voltage and detect different voltages, and a switching signal generator which generates a delayed signal for switching between the full-wave rectifier and voltage doubler circuits based on the logical product of the outputs of the voltage level detectors, thereby preventing the electric circuit of the power source and the electric device to be supplied with the power from being damaged by excessively high voltages.

摘要： A mobile station device includes a device for transmitting an access packet to a base station device, and a device for retransmitting the access packet when no acknowledgement is received from the base station in response to the transmission of the access packet. The mobile station device also includes a received power processing section for sequentially storing received power of a pilot signal transmitted from the base station, and determining transmission power at the retransmitting time of the access packet on the basis of these stored contents. A signal receiving section obtains interference amount information showing an interference amount in the base station. A data transmitting section transmits the access packet using power according to the interference amount information.

The microconverter has an improved ability and is small and thin. The microconverter includes an effective laminated magnetic-core inductor. The inductor comprises a helical coil formed by uniting alternately superposed insulating magnetic layers and conductive pattern layers, and an annular closed magnetic path formed by the insulating magnetic layers and defining a magnetic field created by the coil. The inductor can be miniaturized in a thin chip, and a wide range in which magnetic flux density varies linearly can be secured by balancing a closed magnetic path for a magnetic field created by the coil.
