    摘要: An adhesive film and a method of fabricating a flexible display using the same are provided. The adhesive film includes: a support including a first surface disposed opposite to a flexible substrate for forming an image display element and a second surface disposed opposite to a support substrate for supporting the flexible substrate; a first adhesive material applied on the first surface of the support; and a second adhesive material applied on the second surface of the support and having a greater adhesive strength than the first adhesive material. The flexible substrate can be easily detached from the support substrate, so that the flexible display can be realized in various sizes and thicknesses using existing equipment without modification of mass-production equipment for realizing the flexible display.

According to the method, an FRP substrate that is less deformed than a conventional flexible substrate material is used, and surface roughness, which is a drawback of the FRP substrate, is improved so that it may be applied to the fabrication of a device. In order to reduce the surface roughness of an FRP substrate, the FRP substrate is coated with an organic insulating solution and thereby planarized. Due to the reduced deformation and superior flatness, failures occurring due to misalignment in a photolithography process may be prevented.

The apparatus includes a deposition part and a source part. This method divides a data word, which a sync signal is to be added in front or rear of when it is written in a recording medium, into two or more word segments, generates for each word segment a number of intermediate sequences by combining mutually different digital words with that word segment, scrambles these intermediate sequences to form alternative sequences, translates each alternative sequence into a (d,k) constrained sequence, checks how many undesired sub-sequences are contained in each (d,k) constrained sequence, and selects one (d,k) constrained sequence for recording on an optical or magneto-optical recording medium among the (d,k) constrained sequences not having the undesired sub-sequence. Applying this method to a modulating device, DSV control can be conducted by much simpler hardware.

    摘要: An earthing device which needs not be buried under the ground is provided. The earthing device includes an earthing panel and a discharging device mounted inside the earthing panel. The discharging device includes at least one electrode plate, multiple discharging electrodes coupled to the electrode plate, and catalyst filled between the discharging electrodes. Since an earth electrode needs not be buried under the ground, it requires less construction costs, time and area, and environmental pollution (especially, soil pollution) does not happen.
