    摘要: An apparatus and a system for transmitting channel state information acquires channel state information of a channel between a mobile terminal and two or more cooperative base stations. The apparatus quantizes the channel state information separately by using a preset single-cell codebook used for quantizing the channel between the mobile terminal and each one of the two or more cooperative base stations. The apparatus acquires united codeword indexes of the quantized channel state information in the single-cell codebook; and transmits the united codeword indexes of the quantized channel state information in the single-cell codebook.

    摘要: An apparatus and a system for transmitting channel state information acquires channel state information of a channel between a mobile terminal and two or more cooperative base stations. The apparatus quantizes the channel state information separately by using a preset single-cell codebook used for quantizing the channel between the mobile terminal and each one of the two or more cooperative base stations. The method includes: obtaining a channel fading change rate and a feedback delay of a user; calculating out a closed-loop MIMO throughput gain according to the channel fading change rate and the feedback delay; and determining a downlink transmission mode according to the closed-loop MIMO throughput gain, wherein the downlink transmission mode includes a closed-loop mode or an open-loop mode. A MIMO downlink transmission control apparatus is also disclosed.

    摘要: The invention relates to the technical field of cell balancing system, in particular to a balanced battery pack system based on two-way energy transfer, which comprises battery modules, battery management units, a BMS (Battery Management System) master-control unit and a high-voltage two-way DC/DC circuit module, wherein the battery modules are connected with an internal power bus and an internal CAN (Controller Area Network) bus through the battery management units. The balanced battery pack system based on two-way energy transfer utilizes the high-voltage two-way DC/DC circuit module and the public internal power bus and performs centralized control on the number of balanced channels in the whole battery pack through the BSM master-control unit to realize energy transfer, thus achieving the balancing between various single cells in the whole battery pack and between the battery modules.

    摘要: An integrated optically pumped vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) is formed by integrating an electrically pumped in-plane semiconductor laser and a vertical cavity surface emitting laser together with a beam steering element formed with the in-plane semiconductor laser. The in-plane semiconductor laser can be a number of different types of in-plane lasers including an edge emitting laser, an in-plane surface emitting laser, or a folded cavity surface emitting laser. The in-plane semiconductor laser optically pumps the VCSEL to cause it to lase. The in-plane semiconductor laser is designed to emit photons of relatively short wavelengths while the VCSEL is designed to emit photons of relatively long wavelengths. The in-plane semiconductor laser and the VCSEL can be coupled together in a number of ways including atomic bonding, wafer bonding, metal bonding, epoxy glue or other well know semiconductor bonding techniques. The beam steering element can be an optical grating or a mirrored surface.
