A communication system comprising computers and a management computer, wherein the computers include a communication control unit configured to control a communication using a session of a terminal. The communication control unit manages a database storing in a plurality of pieces of session information. The management computer includes property management information for managing a property of each of the plurality of pieces of session information. The session information migration control unit is configured to: detect a migration trigger of the plurality of pieces of session information stored in a first database; select the plurality of pieces of session information from the plurality of pieces of session information stored in the first database based on the property management information; determine a migration order for the selected plurality of pieces of session information based on the property of the each of the selected plurality of pieces of session information.

A distributed processing system comprising: a plurality of information processing apparatuses for performing information processing; client computers for requesting the information processing; and a management apparatus for managing the information processing apparatuses and the client computers, the client computer sends a request for information processing including a required round trip time (RTT) to the management apparatus, the management apparatus measures RTTa between the management apparatus and the information processing apparatuses and RTTb between the management apparatus and the client computer and requests information processing apparatuses with which absolute values of differences between the RTTa and the RTTb are equal to or less than a predetermined threshold to measure RTTc, the information processing apparatuses measure the RTTc to the client computer, and the management unit assigns the information processing to an information processing apparatus which the transmitted RTTc is equal to or shorter than the required RTT.

When a failure occurs in a virtual machine (hereinafter called “VM”), degenerate operation not routed through the VM which is a failure target, and corresponding to a communication service on the VM is conducted to shorten a communication interrupt time. A communication path of a virtual switch in a multitenant environment where a virtual machine that operates a plurality of software provides a communication service for cloud computing such as a WAN high-speed technology is controlled. The control method, for example, comprises the steps of monitoring an operating status of the communication service of the virtual machine, and conducting a communication control by changing the communication path and a communication method of the virtual machine according to an application of the communication service if a failure occurs in the application of the communication service of one virtual machine.

A management and orchestration server which manages a plurality of types of virtualized nodes included in server group includes a scaling executing unit configured to command the server group to scale virtual machines included in each of the plurality of types of virtualized nodes, a traffic load measuring unit configured to manage a traffic load of each of the virtual machines, and a scaling amount determining unit configured to determine a number of the virtual machines to be scaled. In this case, the traffic load measuring unit acquires a traffic load for each of the traffic types to be processed by each of the plurality of types of virtualized nodes, and the scaling amount determining unit determines the type of virtualized node for which virtual machines are to be scaled and a number of machines to be scaled based on the traffic loads of the traffic types.

The proxy device controls communications between the base station and a server, by using a protocol that acknowledges that the data has reached a reception side, calculates a loss rate in communications by the identified terminal are to be discarded, by utilizing acknowledgement packets which are used by the protocol, and relays a communication of the identified terminal, by a transmission band which has been reduced by the calculated loss rate portion.

An information processing unit of a communication apparatus includes a non-volatile memory and a volatile memory. A control unit of the communication apparatus loads the boot image from the non-volatile memory to the volatile memory upon activation of the communication apparatus, activates the virtual machine template in the loaded boot image on the volatile memory, deactivates the activated virtual machine template after reconfiguring the activated virtual machine template to minimum required configuration to execute a virtual machine. Upon receipt of a request for addition of communication service, the control unit creates a replicate virtual machine template by replicating the deactivated virtual machine template, activates the replicate virtual machine template, reconfigures the activated replicate virtual machine template to configuration according to the request for addition of communication service, and executes the reconfigured replicate virtual machine template as a virtual machine to provide the communication service.

A high-quality communication is provided to priority users even during scaling out the gateway server. A high-quality communication is continuously provided to priority users without incurring the system down even if the scale-out/in of the gateway server is repeated. A bandwidth control apparatus transmits packets to plural virtual nodes equipped in a server device, reads the packets from any high priority queue and any low priority queue which are associated with the subject apparatus, and limits the packets to an upper limit bandwidth determined for each of the virtual nodes, and changes association of the high priority queues and the low priority queues with the virtual node bandwidth limiters according to an instruction from the control server for determining the scale-out/in of the virtual node.
