摘要： A seat molded article and a method of preparing a seat molded article are disclosed. The seat molded article includes: an upper pad formed of polyurethane foam having a thickness in a range of 25 to 50 mm; and an elastic fabric disposed under the upper pad, wherein, in the elastic fabric, a difference in tensile elongation between warp and weft directions is 5.0% or less, and a tensile elongation measured under a load of 20 kgf is in a range of 20 to 40% in the warp and weft directions.

The transparent film layer has a two-layer structure including a first film layer having a first polyetherester-based copolymer and a second film layer having a second polyetherester-based copolymer disposed on the first film layer. The second film layer is provided on the textile fabric layer. A method of manufacturing the fabric includes preparing the textile fabric layer, forming the transparent film layer on the fabric layer, and laminating the textile fabric and transparent film layers through heat treatment.

The vehicle seat cover includes a top layer provided in the top portion, a bottom layer provided in the bottom portion, and a intermediate layer positioned between the top layer and the bottom layer. Each of the layers has a tricot texture, and the top layer includes the first yarn having a configuration in which the dope dyed microfiber yarn and the first high shrinkage yarn are interlaced. Thus, the suede material may have superior friction fastness and the light fastness and the vehicle seat cover is manufactured at less cost than a vehicle seat cover made of a conventional artificial suede.

摘要： Disclosed is a resin composition for forming a steering wheel remote control bezel. The resin composition comprises: an amount of about 40 to 50 wt % of a polyester copolymer including a dicarboxylic acid component residue including terephthalic acid and a diol component residue including dianhydrohexitol; an amount of about 10 to 20 wt % of at least one copolymer selected from a group consisting of unsaturated nitrile-diene-based rubber-aromatic vinyl grafted copolymers and alkylmethacrylate-diene-based rubber-aromatic vinyl grafted copolymers; and an amount of about 40 to 50 wt % of polycarbonate. Further, an amount of 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of a phosphate base antioxidant-based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition is further added to the resin composition.

In particular, the adhesive composition may be eco-friendly because smell and VOC generation from the organic solvent are reduced by adding a water-dilutable polyurethane resin having a hydroxyl group to a waterborne polyurethane resin, thereby improving properties such as elastic recoverability and scratch resistance while satisfying conventional properties.
