摘要: Disclosed are a vehicle seat cover made of an artificial suede. The vehicle seat cover includes a top layer provided in the top portion, a bottom layer provided in the bottom portion, and a intermediate layer positioned between the top layer and the bottom layer. Each of the layers has a tricot texture, and the top layer includes the first yarn having a configuration in which the dope dyed microfiber yarn and the first high shrinkage yarn are interlaced. Thus, the suede material may have superior friction fastness and the light fastness and the vehicle seat cover is manufactured at less cost than a vehicle seat cover made of a conventional artificial suede.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to artificial leather. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to biodegradable and odorless artificial leather including coffee grounds. A composition for artificial leather includes a first resin, a first plasticizer, and a masterbatch including a second resin, a second plasticizer, and coffee grounds. The artificial leather includes a sheet layer including the composition disclosed herein.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a high density artificial leather, may include (a) manufacturing a long fiber-type non-woven fabric having an areal weight of 400 to 500 g/m2 and an apparent density of 0.3 to 0.6 g/cm3 by self-twist spinning a sea component polymer fiber and an island component polymer fiber; (b) shrinking the long fiber-type non-woven fabric with hot water; (c) eluting the sea component polymer fiber from the shrunken non-woven fabric by immersing the shrunken non-woven fabric in an aqueous alkaline solution; and (d) impregnating a polymer elastomer in a non-woven fabric from which the sea component polymer fiber is eluted, to manufacture a long fiber-type fine yarn non-woven fabric.

摘要: A method is provided for removing a volatile organic compound (VOC) contained in an artificial leather fabric and odor caused by the volatile organic compound by coating the artificial leather fabric with an adsorbent which reacts with a noxious substance containing the volatile organic compound (VOC); and immersing; washing; and drying the reacted artificial leather fabric. The method includes coating the adsorbent and immobilizing the volatile organic compound through a reaction, to prevent volatilization of the organic compound or reduce an amount thereof. Further, after the reaction between the artificial leather fabric and the adsorbent, the artificial leather fabric is washed, to remove the volatile organic compound immobilized on a surface of the fabric from the artificial leather.

摘要: Disclosed are a laminated sheet for a vehicle interior material and a method for manufacturing the same. The laminated sheet not only includes a skin surface layer composed of a skin layer made of a liquid resin by using a casting method, thereby providing flexibility to the laminated sheet, but also includes a leather sheet layer and an intermediate layer which are bonded in a flame lamination method, thereby decreasing a peeling strength of the laminated sheet.

摘要: Provided herein is an eco-friendly artificial leather for an interior of an automobile and a manufacturing method thereof. The eco-friendly product is manufactured using a method that is compatible with various environmental regulations such as reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The artificial leather includes a bio urethane-containing skin surface layer which uses biomass-derived components extracted from vegetable components, a solvent-free bio urethane adhesive layer, and a bio fiber base layer. The layers are sequentially stacked to minimize the use of organic solvents and components that are harmful to the human body.
