Abstract:
An artificial leather is provided having excellent flame retardancy and moderate air permeability and a flexible texture, where the artificial leather feels like natural suede and has an elegant appearance, the artificial leather including a fiber entanglement including an ultrafine fiber having an average single fiber diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less, and an elastomer, in which one surface is a napped surface having a raised nap, the other surface is a flame retardant surface having a flame retardant, and the following requirements 1 and 2 are satisfied: requirement 1: at least the flame retardant surface has a plurality of opening portions; requirement 2: the flame retardant has a tackiness of 0.1 N/cm2 or more and 2.0 N/cm2 or less.
Abstract:
A multi-layer façade film having a fleece layer and two plastic film layers, the fleece layer being sandwiched between the plastic film layers and bonded thereto. Each layer is elastically extensible in all directions. The fleece is made of a thermoplastic elastomer in a melt-blown process. Each film layer includes an elastically deformable thermoplastic urethane and is connected to the fleece as an extrusion coating. The façade film has a yield strength of at least 40% in the length and width directions of the film. A 50 mm wide film strip has a tensile strength of at least 120 N, a maximum Sd value of 1.5 m for vapor permeability, and a value corresponding to a water column of at least 8 m for water impermeability.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a napped artificial leather napped including: a non-woven fabric that is an entangle body of ultrafine fibers; and an elastic polymer impregnated into the non-woven fabric, the napped artificial leather having, at least on one side thereof, a napped surface formed by napping the ultrafine fibers, wherein the ultrafine fibers contain 0.5 mass % or more of a pigment (A), the elastic polymer contains 0 to 0.01 mass % of a pigment (B), and the ultrafine fibers and the elastic polymer are undyed; the napped surface has a lightness L* value of 25 or less in a color coordinate space (L*a*b* color space); and a ratio of an area occupied by the elastic polymer, observed on the napped surface, to a total area of an area occupied by the ultrafine fibers and the area occupied by the elastic polymer is 0.5% or less.
Abstract:
A base body for an artificial leather includes an intertwined fiber body mainly including an ultrafine fiber having a 0.01 to 10 μm fiber diameter and an elastic polymer, the ultrafine fiber including, as a constituent polymer, a polyester obtained from a dicarboxylic acid and/or an ester-forming derivative thereof, and a diol, the polyester containing 15 to 500 ppm of a 1,2-propanediol-derived component.
Abstract:
A seat molded article and a method of preparing a seat molded article are disclosed. The seat molded article includes: an upper pad formed of polyurethane foam having a thickness in a range of 25 to 50 mm; and an elastic fabric disposed under the upper pad, wherein, in the elastic fabric, a difference in tensile elongation between warp and weft directions is 5.0% or less, and a tensile elongation measured under a load of 20 kgf is in a range of 20 to 40% in the warp and weft directions.
Abstract:
A waterproof and UV-resistant form-fitting cover comprising a four-way stretchable fabric that is pre-cut to an unstretched shape corresponding to 60-80% of a stretched shape that fits onto an object to be covered by the fabric, wherein the fabric is UV-resistant and waterproof. A method of manufacturing a form-fitting cover includes steps of receiving an electronic order specifying a size and shape for the cover, determining a material and blend based on the size and shape, computing a fabric size, and cutting a four-way stretchable fabric to an unstretched shape corresponding to the object to be covered.
Abstract:
A patient interface comprises a cushion assembly including a textile membrane. The textile membrane includes an air impermeable silicone layer applied to a textile material. The textile material comprises 1) nylon and/or polyester, and 2) elastane. A yarn count of the nylon and/or polyester is in a range of 20-80 denier, and the textile material has stretchability in both a direction of the wales and a direction of the course.
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a method for coating a textile material with a silicone elastomer composition crosslinkable by condensation reactions, to produce a solid silicone elastomer, optionally in a thin layer, on a flexible support that can be made from a textile material, paper, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, polyethylene, polyurethane, non-woven glass fibre fabric or polyethylene terephthalate.
Abstract:
A mat for removing dirts or dusts comprises a cushioning material made of a plurality of curled elastomeric filaments and a collector sheet of electret laying under the cushioning material. The filaments are formed of a compound of synthetic resinous material and a powdered electrical conductive material, and entangled with each other to provide a plurality of through holes or voids extending vertically through the cushioning material.
