    摘要: A process for producing a novel photosensitive resin having cinnamic groups, comprising reacting a polyallylamine represented by the general formula (I) ##STR1## (wherein n is at least 10) or an inorganic acid salt thereof with a compound having a cinnamic group in the presence of a solvent. The process is free from drawbacks as experienced in the production of a conventional photosensitive resin (e.g. polyvinyl cinnamate), such as formation of by-products during the polymerization of a monomer (e.g. vinyl cinnamate).

    摘要: A novel photosensitive resin composition, which has fairly high sensitivity to light and developable with water comprising of essential components a resin represented by the general formula (I), ##STR1## wherein X, which may be present or absent, represents acetic acid when present, Y stands for a group containing carbon-carbon double bond(s) represented by the formula (II), ##STR2## n is an integer of 10 or greater, more than 0 and less than 1, and t is 0 or 1, and a sodium or potassium salt of 4,4'-diazidostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid represented by the general formula (IV), ##STR3## wherein z stands for sodium atom or potassium atom; or the resin represented by the general formula (I), the sodium or potassium salt of 4,4'-diazidostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid represented by the general formula (IV), and an aromatic ketone represented by the general formula (V), ##STR4## wherein G stands for hydrogen atom or an amino group or dialkylamino group represented by the general formula (VI), ##STR5## where u is 0, 1 or 2.

    摘要: A modified polyacetal is obtainable by heating 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of (B) a polymerizable compound having a modifying group such as an epoxy group, a carboxyl group or an acid anhydride group relative to 100 parts by weight of (A) a base polyacetal and introducing the modifying group of the polymerizable compound to the base polyacetal. The base polyacetal (A) includes (A1) a polyacetal selected from polyoxymethylene homopolymers and copolymers, and (A2) a polymerizable polyacetal having a functional group comprising a polymerizablly unsaturated bond. The introduction efficiency of the modifying group can be enhanced by adding 0.01 to 2.5 parts by weight of (C) a free-radical initiator relative to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the components (A) and (B), and mixing the resultant mixture under a molten state of the polyacetal. According to such method, the affinity of the polyacetal is improved by introducing the modifying group to the base polyacetal with ease and high efficiency.
