    摘要： The present invention relates to fuel/water emulsions essentially comprising 60 to 80% by weight of a fuel, 0.5 to 5% by weight of one or more water-soluble and gasoline-insoluble emulsifiers of the formulae A) R—O—(CH2CH2O)x—H where R is alkyl or alkenyl having in each case 8 to 18 carbon atoms or C9-C14-alkylphenyl and x is a number from 8 to 30, or B) HO—(C2H4O)x—(C3H6O)y—(C2H4O)z—H, in which the proportion of the ethylene oxide units is between 40 and 80% by weight of the molecular mass, or where x is a number between 8 and 30, and 1 to 10% by weight of a water-soluble and gasoline-insoluble poly(alkylene glycol) as stabilizer, also water and, if appropriate, other additives to 100% by weight. The emulsions according to the invention can be used for operating internal combustion engines.

    摘要： An agent for improving the printability of paper and board, essentially comprising50 to 95% by weight of water, and5 to 50% by weight of a mixture ofI. 1 to 50% by weight of(a) an organic quaternary ammonium salt having at least one C.sub.8 -C.sub.22 -alkyl group,(b) a mixture of 50 to 99.5% by weight of an organic quaternary ammonium salt and 0.5 to 50% by weight of a saturated or unsaturated C.sub.8 -C.sub.22 -fatty acid, an oxidized wax or a polyglycol having a molecular weight of greater than 4,000, or(c) a mixture of 50 to 99.5% by weight of an organic amine which has been partly neutralized using a mineral acid or a lower carboxylic acid, and 0.5 to 50% by weight of a saturated or unsaturated C.sub.8 -C.sub.33 -fatty acid, an oxidized wax or a polyglycol having a molecular weight of greater than 4,000, andII. 50 to 99% by weight of a water-soluble or water-swellable polymer containing anionic groups.In the case of printing papers which are treated with this agent preferably by coating, a reduction in strike-through and show-through of printing ink becomes especially apparent.

    摘要： In the process for the preparation of 2-substituted 1-(acylaminoalkyl)-2-imidazolines of the general formula I ##STR1## wherein R denotes an alkylene radical and R.sup.1 denotes a fatty acid radical, for example, a fatty acid and a dialkylenetriamine are reacted in a molar ratio of (1.9 to 2.0): 1 in such a way that the dialkylenetriamine is initially introduced hot under an inert gas atmosphere and the fatty acid is metered in hot and the amido amine formation is subsequently completed by heating to temperatures from 140.degree. to 190.degree. C. and the cyclization to the compound of the formula I is subsequently carried out at an under-pressure of at least 50 mbar.
